We had an excellent experience at Blue Pearl Westside/Midtown earlier this week. The staff and veterinarian were friendly and caring, and helped us keep our dog comfortable until we could bring her to her usual vet the next morning. I am grateful they are close by for emergencies/after hours needs.

The veterinarians and staff have provided the best care for my furbaby. In addition to demonstrating exceptional medical expertise, they are very kind and attentive. They saved my furbaby's life last year, for which I will always be grateful.

I took my puppy with Parvo hoping they would be able to either give me the treatment to save her or at least tell me if it was too late. When they gave me the estimate of their prices I knew I couldn’t afford $5000 to keep her there for 2 days. With tears in my eyes I told them I was ready to take my puppy and spend our last night together. The tech ran outside and asked what my budget was and gave her a treatment according to what I could afford. I feel like they knew it was too late, took my money, and gave me hope she could possibly make it. All they did was hydrate her and made me wait till I got home to give her her meds. When they gave me my puppy, she practically looked dead. My puppy died in my arms later that day. Rest in Paradise, Princess. ?

These people do not care about you animals, also they COULD CARE LESS about their employees. They cut hours without warning and fire people for asking supervisors too many questions which is funny because they do not train you. They sit in the back watching cameras while their employees are swamped and people animals are literally dying in the lobby. Then pop their heads out to say I’m going to lunch. Pathetic place pathetic management. Pathetic at vet services. If you need a vet don’t ever consider this place. They pad you bills with meaningless charges they don’t discuss either you. HORRIBLE BUSINESS.

I owe the entire staff at Blue Pearl my endless gratitude for helping me rescue my current dog. In particular, Dr. Lockwood and her team for the many, many nights of watching over my terribly broken pup and for the complex and skilled services rendered that saved his life. I am forever grateful for everyone’s services at Blue Pearl.
Do not hesitate when considering Blue Pearl. They are the top of the top, and I could not give them any higher of a recommendation. 12/10, do recommend.

I needed a second opinion before my Golden Retriever had his eye removed. Dr Desai squeezed my dog in to see him that morning, took time to explain the cause and concurred with the Vet’s plans but gave me steroids to protect his other eye. So professional and caring.

My goodness, what an amazing clinic. Dr. Johnson and the team saved my cat’s life, and worked within my budget as a college student. They provided my kitten the best possible care, and even prioritized me as we built a plan together. Even though ER Vets are expensive, this one is so so so worth it. They want to help you and they truly love animals. Also, the wait time was never horrendous in the 2 times that I needed to come. Yep. Would absolutely be back.
