Before you battle Atlanta traffic to get there, be sure to call ahead. Twice now, I have driven to their store and arrived an hour before their listed closure time, but the doors were already locked and lights were off. I totally understand life happens, but for it to happen twice was pretty frustrating.

Sunday February 11th at around 3:40 I walked in the only attendant saw didn't greet me or acknowledge my presence. She was with one customer. I waited roughly 15 minutes until she was done. Someone came in after me. She deliberately skipped me and went to the person after me. I never been so upset in my life. Why did she do that?If you want better service take your money elsewhere or online.

BlueMercury allows outdated products to be sold to consumers at full price. BlueMercury states that a product that has expired 6/2022 is good for 2-3 more years. Make sure your products are not expired. When you look for an expiration date, and there's none. Picture of a small jar is on the side or bottom of box. That states 12 M, meaning 12 months. But if the product has been already sitting for 12 months somewhere else; then shipped to a warehouse and sits for 12 more months how will you ever know? You won't! This $210 million dollar company will import and sell you expired products. Usually products have a 30 to 60 shelf life are they expire. So what makes their products different? Nothing

I enjoy shopping here for fragrance and skincare overall. However, I do not appreciate being followed around by that tall, light skin, blonde dreaded lady today. BEFORE you decide to follow folks around the store, PLEASE ASK THEM IF THEY NEED HELP. I decided to leave the store after I realized. Also, please put out samples for popular items! I don't like that there are sample esters for some. The 2 items I came in the store for today had no testers or samples. Decided to order online directly from the brand before buying instead.

I walked into the store just to look but with the intention of getting a few skin care regimen products. Cheo is the lovely individual who made this task that I initially felt overwhelmed with into a pleasant and informative experience. He knows his stuff about skin care so if you are like me and do not really understand the specifics of all things skin care he is the one to look for when you come here! Literally created an entire regimen for me and I cannot wait to start!! So helpful, kind, and he has clinical level advice. Will be back again soon!

The website says open. The sign on the front door says reopening 4/1. I wanted to spend money. Doubt this operation makes it thru.
