Save yourself from this headache! This tux shop is probably the worst tux shop EVER! Every single one of my groomsmen tux’s were the incorrect size and they were measured at their shop! Some of the tux’s were so far off they couldn’t even put an arm in the jacket! They were all 3-4 sizes too big or too small! Horrible experience, and when I spoke to manger she just said oh well. No accountability, no apology and no empathy for ruining my wedding!

I would highly recommend finding another location for Tux rentals. I sent in custom measurements which have worked for every wedding I’ve been in and I was re-measured a month from this wedding. In return, they sent me a tux that barely fits my shoulders with a waste meant for a character from the show “my 600lb life”. I’ll be spending the entire wedding in a button down and vest.

I had the best experience looking for my MOB dress. After trying on many lovely dresses, my consultant, Kara, brought me one to try. it was THE DRESS! I cannot wait for my daughter's September wedding where, I will feel like the second prettiest woman there.

To be honest I was not looking forward to bridal dress shopping as much as I love shopping. Something about it was super intimidating and gave me anxiety. To ease my anxiety, I went with my friend to Bridal's by Lori to look for a bridesmaid dress for her brother's wedding. I made an appointment for myself two weeks later so it would give me some time to shed the holiday pounds. After we were done with her appointment I asked if I could take a look at wedding dresses just to see what my options were and so I could figure out my budget. As I was browsing a sweet voice asked me if I needed any help. I told her no because it wasn't my appointment and I was just looking. She then proceeded to ask me what I was looking for and what type of gown is my dream dress. I described what I wanted and she told me she had the perfect dress for me. I didn't come there to try on any dresses so I was not prepared, I refused at first but my friend and her mom encouraged me to go ahead and try the dresses on. Rachel Vinazzo (who ended up being my bridal consultant that day) made me feel so comfortable and she eased every anxiety I had. I tried on three dresses and the third dress that I didn't even ask for ended up being the one. Rachel is amazing and she listens to exactly what you're looking for and what fits your body type. I walked out with my dream dress that day and to this day I'm still in awe of how wonderful Rachel was and how special she made me feel. I have been to a few other bridal stores since just to make sure I didn't make a mistake but nothing compared to my experience at Bridal's By Lori. Rachel, thank you for making my experience amazing.

Bridal's by Lori was the first stop of a quick trip for wedding dress shopping. My bridal consultant Flo was so helpful and made the appointment fun. She allowed us to choose a few dresses and as we talked through the likes and dislikes of the dresses, she also pulled out a few she thought would seem fit. She was very engaging and helpful with knowing the styles, make changes like adding sleeves or beading to dresses. I was able to find my dress for my wedding, and it was a big thanks to Flo !

These ladies are true professionals.Courtney and her crew made this a memorable experience for myself and all groomsmen. We had a large group of 10+ guys for a tux fitting. Each fitting was thorough and we truly felt taken care of. Good customer service is hard to come by now days and they nailed it! 100% recommend their services.

The place to go for the most beautiful wedding gown and mother of the bride dress. In fact, I purchased my own wedding gown from Bridals by Lori 28 years ago and just returned with my daughter to purchase my Mother of the Bride dress. Full Circle and nothing had changed. They have the most luxurious selection in many price ranges. Our attendant was patient and so informative of what looked good based on my daughters wedding details. Thank you again Bridals by Lori!!!

Flo made all of my dress dreams come true. I met with her on a Sunday afternoon and she worked with me for 2.5 hours. At the end of our appointment she put my dream dress together however my mom wasn't there. She didn't even blink an eye when she offered me another appointment the following weekend for my whole crew to come back. She spent another afternoon with me and my crew showing off our dress creation. She was so patient and listened to exactly what I was looking for in a dress. She is the Bridal Boss and I couldn't have been luckier to have this experience with her. The whole team at Bridal By Lori was so welcoming to me and my crew when we came back that following weekend. It was a once in a lifetime experience that they made even more memorable!

I highly do not recommend this bridal shop! I've been a fan of Say Yes to the Dress for years. I wasn't able to make it to the shop in New York due to my mom being sick and not being able to travel, so we came to what I thought was the next best place. I definitely regret even stepping foot into this place because it took all of the joy from my experience and basically ruined my wedding day. Once I got there I was sent to a department where none of the dresses were flattering and there wasn't a big selection at all. So I asked if there were more dresses anywhere else in the store. They let me go to another floor to shop for more dresses but of course because they were more expensive. I get to that floor and it seemed like they didn't have any one there to help me. So I started looking around for dresses myself. Finally a salesperson came to help and I told her exactly the kind of dress that I was looking for. I tried on a few until I came across one that I fell in love with. It was the first dress that I tried on and I knew it was the one. Fast forward a few months later the dress arrives and I go to pick it up. No one in the bridal shop told me that I should have tried the dress on before signing off and walking out with it. Everything was happening so fast that I had no clue. They told me to come back in a few months for alterations. So I just went home and waited. I was nervous at first to even try on the dress at home. So I might have waited a few weeks to finally try it on. And to my surprise my dress didn't fit. So I called the bridal shop to see what can be done. The salesperson that helped me pick out the dress basically told me that since I signed off on the dress there was nothing they could do but come back in a few months for alterations. I had no idea that I was even suppose to try on the dress before leaving because I was being rushed to even pay for it. I came back to look for dresses for my mother and grandmother (another mistake). We get there and the young lady that I guess was suppose to be helping us pick out dresses seemed to have no interest in helping at all. So once again we walked around and picked out the dresses ourselves. The salesperson only got interested once she found out that I'd be paying for the dresses that day (no surprise there). A few months ago I went back for alterations. The salesperson that day instead of her trying to help me into this big dress that I don't know how to put on. My cousin who came with me had to help me in it. Then she comes in and basically ruins my day even more. In a nutshell she tells me I either need to lose weight or buy another dress. Oh yea and to not get pregnant before my wedding day! What is that to even say to a plus size woman that's about to get married in a few months. I am just very frustrated and disappointed with my entire experience of this place. Now I have a $3500 dress that I can't even fit and my wedding is in 4 weeks! Please don't waste your time going to this place if you want a better experience for your perfect day. I wish I would have read these reviews first before choosing this place to find my dress.

Poorly fitted tux for a very high price. Seems like they all didn’t fit right for most of the groomsmen. Every jacket was completely the wrong size. Thankfully we were able to get new jackets before the wedding.

Don't come here unless you're wanting to spend $3k+ on your dress. We didn't have a budget high enough to shop on the actual wedding dress floor, and we were instead sent to the basement to shop from retired samples (this was not communicated to me when I made the appointment). When we got there, the stylist showed me the one rack I could shop from, and every dress was fitted, covered in lace, and yellowed. My stylist did not help me pick out dresses, put the dresses on, or even help me find anything I liked after everything went south. She even asked me the same questions multiple times and did not listen to a word i said about my wedding, fiancé, or dresses I liked. This was my first ever bridal appointment and we ran out of there as fast as we could. I was truly disappointed in both the selection and my uninterested stylist. Maybe my experience would've been better if I was able to spend a ton of money on a dress.

I take back my good review. F*** this place, my fiancé & son rented a tux it came in the day before our wedding (we were told it couldn't be here earlier) when we were there they took measurements so not sure how everything is so off. My fiancé's vest is too tight, jacket too long.. sons pants are 5x too big & the shoes are also 5x too big.... I called & they said they really can't do anything but offer him something off the mannequin which didn't fit him when we were there. Literally having to go to Macy's & buy a whole new set for the both of them the day before my wedding!!!!!! They also sold me a dress that they said just needed a new zipper & when I took it to get fixed I was told it wasn't the zipper it was just way too tight & had to pay $490 worth of alterations... I would have gone with the other dress that didn't need alterations if they were just honest & told me it was too tight. I can't see the back of my dress so I didn't know it was too small.

An disappointment for sure. I've watched this show for years expecting to get the same treatment as the brides get on television. I went in there with an $2,000 budget unlike what you see on television, where the bride is upstairs on the main floor, walking the strip, and getting helped from the bridal stylist. That wasn't the case for me, they send you down to the basement we're the dresses are so picked over, some were dirty, some of the zippers were broken, the bridal stylist rushing you to make an decision. They have their building it separated like it low class on the bottom floor and high class at the top . I'm glad I found my dress else were. If you are looking for an dress go to Suite Bridal in Atlanta they much more worth it.

I would not recommend anyone go to Bridals by Lori. This was my third appointment trying on dresses, so I already had an idea of what I wanted and had a favorite dress from another salon. When we arrived to our appointment the consultant asked to see my favorite dress, she then began to talk badly about the dress. She said it was not worth the price, and I could get that dress anywhere. It was insulting to hear the consultant talk poorly about the dress that is now going to be my wedding dress. We went around and pulled dresses after I had explained my vision and she kept pulling out dresses that were obviously not what I had mentioned. I do not think she understood what I was wanting in a wedding dress and it seemed she was judging me for what I wanted. I am very into plain satin ballgowns and she kept trying to pull dresses with lots of lace and detailing. While trying on dresses none of them were doing it for me and she was grasping at straws trying to find a dress that I would like. She ended up pulling a dress that was similar to my favorite dress from the other store, but it was more expensive than my favorite and $2,000 over budget. I could tell my time at this appointment was more about her making a sale rather than me finding the dress of my dreams. I am from Nashville and we drove for this appointment. She asked me and my mom how we liked Nashville and we talked about how we have loved living there. She then went on to talk about how she hated her visit to Nashville and did not understand why people like it. It was just very rude to talk to clients that are from Nashville. After all of this I was just ready to leave. I did not have a good feeling at the appointment and was just ready to get out of there. She did not want me to leave the appointment early and was pressuring me to try on dresses that I had no interest in trying on. Eventually, I told her I wanted to get dressed and if I saw another dress after making another look through the floor I would try it on. Of course, I did not find one that I wanted to try on. We were trying to leave at this point and I told her that my favorite dress from the other salon is the dress that I want and I could not get it out of my head when trying on dresses today. She continued to talk bad about this dress to me as we were just trying to leave. Overall, would not recommend. Also, it is very stupid that you are not allowed to take photos in the dresses. I have looked back at all of the photos I have from other salons to help make my decision because it can get very confusing when you try on several dresses in a short amount of time. I am just very thankful I had two other great bridal gown shopping experiences because this one was horrible. I did not leave feeling good at all and that is not how this experience is supposed to be. The consultant was very unprofessional and has left me with this poor experience to think back on when this is supposed to be the most exciting time.

Every time someone asks for a recommendation for a bridal shop to go to I immediately respond "anywhere but Bridals by Lori". The service is absolutely terrible. I was recommended by my future sister in law who got a dress here in the early 2010s, so this was the first place I visited. I'm not sure if she was an exception, or if the quality progressively became worse as the years went by, but either way would not recommend. Prior to the appointment, you fill out an initial form online, followed by a form day-of. I was initially excited that the person helping us would know about what I was going for as a future bride only to find it was evident she had spent 0 amount of time reading the form. The lady attending us was extremely judgemental and rude, making sneering comments about my preferences, and recommending dresses that completely missed the mark. She at one point even said "don't even bother" when I asked if I could see a selection (they are divided into sections by designer). Ironically after I finally looked, I found a dress that I really liked. The worst part of the experience wasn't even how the attendant treated me, it was how she treated my wheelchair-bound future mother in law. She basically treated her as an afterthought, and the few times my mother in law could get her attention she was dismissive of her. I can handle bad treatment, but I have a really low tolerance when this behavior is exhibited toward my future mother in law, who had envisioned a nice time bonding with her future daughter in law that day. The reason I didn't buy a dress is 100% due to the service of the attendant. I will forever hold a bad taste in my mouth whenever someone mentions this place.
