I searched absolutely everywhere for my favorite incense & BJ's Smoke Shop is where I finally found it! The owner BJ welcomed my requests for things his store didn't have & he had my favorite strawberry hookah flavor in stock when I came back a week later. Definitely gonna come back over & over again! Soooo excited I found this store!

I purchased a membership here because they had a special for $20. I saw it in Instagram thinking it was a joke but it was the real deal.I went to the store on a Sunday morning. Customer Service advised they didn't have something to make the membership card but that it was also located in the app. OkI used a mobile cart and rode around the store. It seemed like the store was smaller than I remembered it in the past. BJ's does not compare to Costco or Sam's but it has what I need. I found some great deals in there that day. I even used the self checkout with no issues

Terrible. Very unprofessional always. It's sad these young people have such attitudes and very rude to everyone. They should fire everyone in the building and start from scratch. I hate going to this place. It's like a bunch of kids running around a home with no adult supervision. Anytime you order delivery it's wrong and time you order outside pickup it's wrong. Then when you go in the customer service they basically curse you out.

Not renewing my membership. Taking my business to Costco. Had a very rude staff interaction in the Tire Dept. I've be going there for close to 20 years. Done!

A typical day at BJS. No matter the day. No matter the time. I came to do a little shopping hoping THIS time the line wouldnt extend all the way toward the back of the store; I was wrong.

I have a complaint not about the store . The cashers were helpful and friendly. However your customer service personnel need some training. Thwey tend to believe that you are the employee not them. The young lady that waited on me was in my opinion rude nd not interested in customer service. Her favorite words are I am listening no matter wg=hat the situation. If she did not want to answer questions today she should have stayed at home.

So since the last time I reviewed this BJs they have added great tech features that allow me to streamline the check out process. Now I can use my cell app BJ to scan the products I want to purchase and pay without standing in the long register lines. This by itself, to me makes the shopping experience pretty awsome.
