Decided to go visit this store on Saturday after Thanksgiving, on Google it said they were open till 0530 PM but they were not. Should have at least updated your hours, if you know how to do it.

The Big Green Egg Culinary Center was the host to several manufacturers on August 24th - The 2023 edition of Flavors of Georgia Seasoned by Big Green Egg.Manufacturers of sauces, products, and merchandise participated. The Big Green Egg was a great host.

Whoever was driving this truck yesterday morning around 730am was very careless. Tailgating, changing multiple lanes at once with no blinkers. Extremely dangerous and should not be behind the wheel of a commercial vehicle.

After having an unresolved issue with a retailer in Florida, I reached out to Big Green Egg directly to get some help. I left phone messages and emailed. After a week I have no response from Big Green Egg.

Always an adventure when BGE has events at HQ. Today was BBQ Day in Georgia so they fired up the grills and offered up some tasty snacks that made for a great lunch.

I just had the BEST experience here! I brought a challenge to the team with my 25 year old Egg (passed through a generation), and they were able to replace some key parts and give it a new lease on life. It's not only perfectly functional again, its BEAUTIFUL. And, it took only two days from my initial contact. Jeff West and Duane went above and beyond and made me a very happy customer.

purchased a xxl big green egg my third or fourthback brackets broke and have tried to PURCHASE a new partthe customer service (Duane) at Big Green Egg tells me the part was installed incorrectly and they say they wont sell me a part because i dont have the receipt probably over a year ago (now who keeps receipts of stuff like this over a year??)lousy customer service and frankly attitudei keep asking to Pay For The Part - not warranty but ol Duane just wont even sell me a partDONT BUY THIS PRODUCT ITS GREAT BUT THIER CUSTOMER SERVICE IS TERRIBLE
