Horrible experience. Manager Nay was rude. I think she thought she was the customer. She threatened me after I questioned their delivery protocols. She came Across as entilted and angry. Leave your personal problems at home. Don’t threaten me (the cusotmer). Sickening.

I called to inquire about a product before I drove 30 minutes to the store. A young lady answered the phone, put me on a brief hold and then said, "Yes, we have it!" Needless to say, when I got there they didn't have it. So frustrating! and poor customer service.

Went inside Beverage World yesterday after running some errands and decided to get some bubbly to celebrate a milestone. I walk in and ask the man at the register “Excuse me sir, do you guys carry champagne? Where might I find it?” He completely ignored me as if I wasn’t there. I asked again only a bit louder and still no response.I grimaced in frustration and confusion until I spotted the other cashier and she politely directed me to the champagne section. I asked her about her colleague’s rude behavior and she explained that this was normal for him. I shrugged it off for a second, telling myself maybe he’s the owner doing sales reports, or troubleshooting, or maybe he doesn’t understand English…no big deal…So in walks a random man of the Caucasian persuasion, grabs some beer and discounted shots out of the bargain bin at the register and he’s met with great warmth and the two even share laughter as he checks this tatted fellow out. I’m angry now and as the man walks out the store, I walk up to the register to check out, and the clerk is back to stone face and playing games on his computer.As the young lady checked me out she explained to me that the rude S.O.B was in fact the owner’s SON, so I tore into his behind because that was totally unacceptable and unwarranted.I will not be patronizing Beverage World again and quite honestly they don’t deserve to see another dollar period after that type of treatment to customers.

Excellent selection of Bourbon/Whiskey, found Willet Pot Still Reserve which I have been looking for.They also stock Bells Double Two Hearted which I have never seen in Atlanta.Prices are good and staff is very friendly.

This place used to be a decent place to shop however new ownership took over they have no merchandising experience I continued to bring it to their attention I come there for two things vodka and Powerade they're continually out of stock poor customer service
