I went into the store today to purchase a birthday gift for myself. Going in I knew that the PS5 would be around $499. I get into the gaming section and they have it priced as 69.99. In my mind I’m like that is crazy, why is it such a great deal. I go to check out and they say it’s $499. I go to prove that it’s priced as 69.99 and the woman gets very rude and defensive. Arguing with me that I should know better. Well excuse me for reading what your team has priced an item at. She then goes on to say that it should be the controller at that price and that a mistake has been made and tried to rip the rest of the cards down. I was asked to not take a photo of proof that it was wrongly priced and she said I am the manager on duty and I will not honor that or give a discount of any kind. After contacting customer service I was told to take my complaint ID number to another location for them to take care of me. After going to another store they said they would give me $20 off. With tax I was still over $500. I have spent a lot of money with Best Buy. Every phone I’ve ever purchased, gaming system, etc. and for customer service to tell me there is nothing they can do, that it is up to the store. Just feels wrong. I also work in retail and when something is priced incorrectly we honor it because we respect our guests. Extremely upset, but Best Buy has lost my business. I highly recommend avoiding this location. The team was not friendly and couldn’t care less.

Went to buy a washer for my apartment, Dez and Amy were awesome! They took the time to make sure i had EVERYTHING I needed. Dez very patient young man,,he took the time to walk me through to find the perfect washer for me. They will deliver it Monday I can't wait!! Thanks guys you really made my day! I had lost my husband Dez was very sympathetic too.

AVOID THIS LOCATION IF POSSIBLE. I placed a drive up order for a large item. When the store person came out, he immediately said it wouldn't fit in my car. When asked if he would make an attempt, he had an attitude and said "nope I'm not doing that. You're going to have to come inside." Without any other discussion, he turned around and went back into the store with my purchased items. I decided that I'll just cancel the order from the app, so I went home, but i eventually noticed that it wouldn't let me. Within a few hours, my order was marked "picked up." The store associated lied and stated that I took the item. It's been a hassle trying to get in contact with support to fix this issue. I'm very disappointed in Best Buy.

This store is the worst Best Buy I have been to. We had to run around the store looking for someone to help us. Ben the employee was extremely rude, and the first question he asked us was do we live in this state, as if we would drive all the way from out of state to come to this store? That is a very strange question for someone trying to buy electronics. He then told us to leave and go to an Apple Store instead stating that too many people steal things from here, all the while giving us a weird look. He didn’t even try ask if we needed help with anything else and just ended the conversation there. There was no need to be that rude and condescending to a potential customer. No employees approached us asking if we needed help and then all stood around talking at their station.

How are they going to have one employee taking care of 25 customers on the check out lane. Amazing work the employee did but cmon really? We had to wait 30 mins to get all the front of the line

Excellent service! Dobra went above and beyond in his assistance with our t.v purchase. He was so helpful and knowledgeable and truly knows the products throughout the audio/visual department. We highly recommend Dobra and the Buckhead Best Buy!!

SHOUT OUT TO ZANDER!I was in need of a good computer to work from home but knew nothing of processing, RAM, storage etc.Zander was knowledgeable on ALL OF IT!! He helped me and I got a great, new, sleek computer!Thanks again Zander! Would def recommend him.
