Kind of annoyed because I placed a pick up order around 5:30pm. Waited two hours although it said it would be ready within 1 hour. Now I try to call the store and I get connected with customer service saying that I have to wait until tomorrow since it's almost close time... I work customer service so I understand being annoyed when people do things last minute but how hard is it to box something already in store and slap a label on it. I should've just chose Target

Well after asking for assistance like three times and standing around for like 15 minutes finally got somebody to help me the actual salesman was very very nice very friendly. But the main point of this review is the Cabra that I went to buy was mismarked so I went through all that trouble I’m going all the way to the store and waiting 20 minutes to get help to find out that they had it marked under the wrong price it’s $100 but it turned out to be 400 so not only can you not get help at the store but they just kind of randomly label stuff whatever they want so when you go there double check on the price that’s an hour of my life I’ll never get back

Online to pickup at this store is horrible! I’ve bought tons of things from Best Buy before including the Southlake location and a few locations in Seattle. What should have been an hour pickup has turned into the next day with no time table for when I can get the order. When I went to the store they told me to call customer service to release some hold. When I called customer service they said they can’t do anything about it and it’s a store issue. This is a time sensitive order and I only used Best Buy thinking they’d have it ready for me in time.

Worst place ever. After waiting for someone to help me. In an empty store. I count out the money hand it to the cashier $565.10 Who drops the bills all over the floor. Picks them up recounts then had another employee come over because she needed to go to the appliance section of the store. In the middle of a transaction! Says she needs a second count now all of a sudden it's not enough money. It's only $465. Doesn't make sense at all. If the money was short why didn't she say that after counting the money more than once before walking away from the cash register But I asked for my money back and left. Horrible experience. Now I'm out $100 for visiting this Best Buy location. Won't recommend this store to anyone. Only reason I'm given one star is because I have to.

Horrible customer service. I'm here now. Walked in about 20mins ago to buy a vacuum. 3 workers were standing around the police officer up front. I was never greeted. I'm having to walk around to find someone now to assist me. Short staffed and not the first time I've had customer services issues here. Won't be back. I'm about to leave. It's been 25 mins and no help yet and they're not even crowded nor busy.

I waited outside for 25 minutes for a curbside order and had to walk in. When I walked in I was told that I was going to have to come in and I’m trying to figure out when anyone was going to notify me of this. Called customer service and was disconnected. Never received a call back even though my number was taken down just in case.

This is the worst Best Buy you can go to... my first time coming here I needed to return a laptop because it had defects. I paid cash. When I tried to get a refund, the manager, Jamesia told me they didn't have a mouth cash in the store and to come back in 3 hours. She didn't care about the convenience of the customer at all. Then I bought some beats that wouldn't stop popping up on my phone. When I tried to return it, she told me there wasn't any way she could verify the product, and pretty much accused me of trying to return a fraudulent product. If they ever tell you they can't verify something that is Bluetooth, go to your settings, click the blue icon next to the product and it'll show you the serial number of the product that's connected. I just went to a completely different Best Buy with 10 mins to spare because Jamesia is stupid and love to inconvenience customers and cause problems. Happy to say "I'm the manager" but don't know shit. I had to drive all the way to Lenox mall just for them to apologize to me and say they don't know why Best Buy gave me such a hard time.
