I came to see how well a printer printed, and they didn't have it out on display or in stock. Yes, I can order it online, but I need to see the quality it produces. So, there is no sale. I'll keep looking for the model I'm looking for elsewhere. When I
find it, that lucky store will probably have a sale.

This store has been here for ever and I’m happy for that. It’s changed a lot of the years. I remember when it had a CD and DVD section. Lol. Now it has a huge electronic section for cellphones and what not.
I came in this day to buy a printer. I was greeted by one person about half way into the store and wasn’t greeted by anyone else until I checked out.
I knew exactly which printer I wanted so I found it easily, mounted it onto my cart and proceeded to the checkout.
The lady at the counter was nice enough. She offered they’re usual protection, which I declined. Then, the same guy that greeted came over to explain the options in detail. (He may have been management at this point). I still declined, but I was much clearer on the different options. Lol.
Overall, this location is on brand. Clean, organized, good supply of the things I was looking for in this day. Finding help can be challenging at times.

The manager RAYA treat me as garbage.
I bought a notebook, and put one as traid-in, i been there asking all about it. And then i couldnt do it because i was a tourist without us-id
But i already pay the full amount for the computer, and they couldnt help me, they told me to call the 0800, and didnt want to borrow me they phone to make the call (i don;t have a phone from the us to call).
It was HORRIBLE! I feel vulnerable, alone.
Thanks god this dude called Joseph help me a little bit, but then RAYA came and say to not help me! It was insane!
I was doing a purchase of my earning of a full year! Didnt deserve this at all.
RAYA its a really bad person for customer success. Put her in other area.

Took my laptop in for servicing because it was no longer holding a charge. The geek squad ppl were super helpful & patient.
I had tech support so they ended up sending the laptop in for repairs & they sent me a brand new laptop back in return.

It's probably not fair but I'm really only rating one aspect of best buy. You've probably already formed your opinion of their electronic and home appliance selection, price and the staff knowledge. They're all "ok" to me. What I find really great is their electronic recycling service. So handy to be able to just dump cords, monitors and whatever on them

Please check the skus from the website to the store. They said it's better to order online and pick up in store, that way you get the product for the actual price you thought you were paying.

Jason helped me out with what I was looking for as far as a front door bell camera. He put me on the Google Nest Doorbell.The gentlemen said it had facial recognition and a couple other features. Great customer service.Thank you Best Buy!

The staff was very educated in helping us choose the right TV. Our TV room has big windows so we needed a TV that would balance the glare.

I purchased a product listed as Open Box Excellent which according to Best Buy’s guidelines means it should be fully functioning and include all original parts and accessories. The product was missing the power cord (meaning it was both missing its original accessories & does not function) so I took it back thinking I could simply exchange it for another open box excellent product on-site at no additional cost. The manager on duty refused to price match with another open box excellent product even though it was just a $40 difference between the 2 products. I didn’t understand why he was so resistant to helping me, so I ended up just returning the item altogether. All in all, a really bad customer service experience, which was surprising since I generally have great service here--not sure if their priorities have changed or just a bad egg made their way to management. It was evident someone in the warehouse either forgot the plug or didn’t mark the product appropriately, but that kind of mistake shouldn’t be passed on to the customer, especially when it resulted in $400 returned vs a $40 discount. I’d avoid making any purchases at this Best Buy in the future.
