Hey I’m Donald I’ve been living here since March it’s overall been a good experience any issues I’ve brought up have been addressed having the parking garage for both cars has been a weight off my shoulders knowing myself and possessions are safe I can sleep like a baby knowing things are being taken care of. They have a parking service making sure people who violate parking don’t ruin it for the rest of us. They have monthly events for the residents that’s I’ve never seen experienced at any other spot I’ve been. Alysia has been helpful when I applied back in December so I’m grateful we’re so close to everything so it’s been a great experience.

I’ve been here for 2 years & overall I’m happy with this community. Pros: The office staff are very helpful, maintenance always comes through, my unit is nice, security is always around. We aka stay have community events that include games, food & drinks. Cons: The parking situation is horrendous & always changing…. actually everything is always changing but many changes are for the best. The other complaints have to do with neighbors and they can’t do anything about that. i’d highly recommend living here.

Super friendly staff and I like the new amenities. My friends love to come visit and it's pet friendly! Thank you to Wally for always having a kind spirit and a big smile. Excellent customer service goes a long way but taking time out to speak with your tenants goes over and beyond.

Bell Terminus is a very pleasant place to live. It is well-organized, beautiful, and comfortable. All the leisure areas (pool, barbecue, lounges, rooftop, and gym) work perfectly, are clean, and functional. The office service is very attentive, all the needs we had were quickly addressed and resolved, and the staff is very friendly. I really enjoy living here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a new apartment.

The manager, Wally, deserves special mention for his dedication and efficiency. Wally ensures everything runs smoothly and is always approachable and responsive. Currently a new tenant & I am in love with my new home. The staff as a whole’s really unmatched. The moving process can be really difficult , but bell terminus made it very easy. All of the staff were great but especially Alicia, who assist me with my move in process. Very patient & helpful. Everything is so tea. I’m more than satisfied. Thank you so much Alicia. Xoxox

Call for information on some of the floorplans as my computer was not showing them for some reason, I tried different browsers and still nothing, the leasing agent, Lisia or Alicia something was extremely rude over the phone. Rude enough to make me not want to consider this place any longer. Yikes, please do better

Deryck, Johan, and Ralph have been phenomenal with all the building request and maintenance upkeep. Anytime I’ve ever needed any assistance they’ve always come by to save the day to assist. Throughout my entire stay (4 years) and now my departure they’ve been great help.

I have lived in this apartment for a year now and can’t wait to move out. It’s always dirty parking garage doors are broken for days so your car is always at risk. Beware this place will boot your car EVEN IF YOU’RE A RESIDENT and make you pay $75. Not worth the money you pay for what you get.
Update: Since the management’s reply is still unable to recognise their flaws, adding a picture of garage C door which has been stuck open for more than 5 days now. Also, if you make a braindead rule and send an email it doesn’t justify anything(Also they send you the same mail multiple times a day flooding your inbox so I had to put a filter). The visitor parking is only for 24 hours max and once you do that you can’t do it again that week. When I asked what do I do in that case the management said, park in another building. Man, why I gotta park my car in another building just so you can give open spots to visitors. A literal child could figure out that it’s better to have visitors park elsewhere. Also, this we inherited a faulty property trope is getting pretty old, then lower the damn rent!

There are multiple things that need to be fixed in this apartment and the one thing that was attended to happened to be the least of my concerns. I have a faucet in the kitchen that’s about to fall off, no filters underneath the microwave, water that tastes awful (needs new filter), and the water pressure in the apartment is low. I’m very upset because I spoke to eric the supervisor on my lunch break yesterday and was told all my concerns would be sorted within the next day or so. I just walked into my apartment with a card asking how you did? Very dissapointed with the service, and I just moved in a week ago.
