I am seeing Kate for my hand and wrist and she is AMAZING!!!! Always welcoming, very attentive and loves what she does. She has no problem explaining anything she is doing and is very passionate about your recovery. Thank you so much for being a light for me in this very dark time due to my injury. Mark @glenridge point was amazing. My knee was out of whack and he knew what to do at each appt to get it better. He’s kind, fun, knowledgeable, and very caring! I would go to him again if anything else flairs up. Stephanie was great, too, when she filled in for him. All around top tier place to go to get & feel better!!

I was introduced to Benchmark when my sciatica was causing me a lot of problems. I'll be honest, I had my doubts at first. However, Madison was determined to help me conquer the challenge. After putting in dedicated effort for eight weeks, attending 2 to 3 sessions a week for 2 months, I finally achieved success and got to ring the bell. Everything was looking good, but 2 months later, I started having knee issues from all the tennis and such. Thankfully, I'm back to working with Madison once again.

This BenchMark PT facility is absolutely fantastic!! It was great working with Madison and Christina, and all the trainers contribute to the great atmosphere in the location. It's really a great place and the positive attitudes make the workouts a pleasure!!

BenchMark was instrumental in helping me overcome my knee injury and get back to sports. Madison, Christina, Mark, Stephanie, Devon and the whole team create a positive, inspirational vibe which I found very motivating during my rehab. If you need to do PT, I highly recommend BenchMark!
