Been with them for a couple of years. I called to change the kind of policy I have and they told me I had to go to another insurance company and then come back to them. Then they hung up on me very rudely. No customer service whatsoever.

Latino people do not go here. The fat lady who speaks Spanish Alma is a cheat and a liar. My hard working father went to this all state and almost got cheated bc he doesn’t speak English. The terms weren’t explained to him correctly. Avoid this place get your insurance online or speak to a real representative of the company.
