First time going to this place and I loved it! It was a 10/10 the lash tech her name is diamond did my lashes for my birthday she was very professional, clean area, great customer service, and she really care about her clients. I will definitely go back there again.
And I got my nails and feet done here same day… loved every min of it !

This shop was beyond my expectations! The manager Julie was very kind, warm and pleasant. Usually in mail shops I feel awkward, but not at Beellagio! It was my first time going there, since I was in the area and now I definitely will come back! There was great music and also they have a great lash artist, Dime! She also made the experience fun as well with her personality, definitely will be booking with her soon!

Yesterday I decided to give this place one more try. Not again. It's been through many iterations over the years and is terrible right now. Pedicures last about 10 minutes. Services are extremely basic and hurried. My tech did not use sanitized sealed instruments, but pulled used ones out of their cart and sprayed alcohol on them. The salon is not neat. Unused stations are littered with staff's half drunk bottles, cans, and cups. Pillows and towels are worn and stained. No one really seems to care about the overall experience -- which is bad. They could do so much better with a bit of care and effort + the sanitary conditions concern me.

I usually never do these, but for the amount of $ I just spent, I feel like it is needed. I made an appt for noon. When I made the appt the girl was on her phone and also vaping while talking to me, so that could have been my red flag there for no professionalism. I got there a little early, the guy was nice and started my pedi. I had a pedi, fill in with 3 nails to be fixed and a wax appt. The girl did my fill while i as getting pedi… she did an overlay on my broken nails instead of adding a nail to let it grow. Not a big deal but the shape and length were completely off from the rest. One of the nails was off center and I asked her to fix it several times. The owner was nice to fix it and add the fake nail on my thumb. Now, to the part of why I am writing this… I got chrome on my nails and feet…. I walked home and on 4 of my nails the chrome is already coming off because they rushed thru my service. I was there for less than an hour and on 4 of the nails, the chrome is already coming off and I can see the white under the chrome. To top it off, I didn’t even get my brows waxed. All they were worried about was cash or card for payment. Everything was rushed. For $200 I would expect better service and conditions. Owner was nice but I won’t be going back after waste $200 and now I am going somewhere else to get it fixed.

I had a fine time my first couple of times here but when I went to get my SNS manicure this time, my nail tech cut off all of my nails on my right hand without any warning or asking. I have been growing my nails out for over a year so this was absolutely devastating to me. I have never in my life had my nails cut without permission in a salon. Furthermore, this service was not discounted whatsoever for my troubles AND I asked. I will not be returning.

I was extremely disappointed. I have never had someone rush as fast as my girl did.. and then when I went to bed that night everything got smudged from the sheets... HOURS LATER. I have never had that happen. Slow down!

Whatever you do don't go to this nail shop they do a half job on pedicures there's many other shops that do way better don't waste your money ! This shop is a scam. Water was cold they cut my feet up with the tools just not a pleasant experience first time I've ever been to this nail Shop and it was a disaster also the towels were dirty and wrinkled. ZERO STARS

Some of the female technicians are unpleasant. Kind of stuck up. The one I had today was not friendly and was constantly telling me not to move. I never see tools that are sanitized. A sanitized bag of tools should be used for each person, not used for everyone! What kind of health laws do they have here in Georgia?!

Me and my wife were out on a day date and decided to get our nails done after lunch. We were created very nicely by a very nice lady at the front desk. I have never in the last 15 years had a man do my manicure and pedicure but he did an amazing job. He paid close attention to detail and constantly made sure I was comfortable. My wife said she also enjoyed her experience. Only thing that could make it better is if we had Margaritas! I also left my Diamond wedding ring and they had put it up for me when I came back 30 mins later. I really recommend this nail salon. It’s the highest I’ve ever paid but I will drive the hour to come back to this establishment. I feel like I got what I paid for. Highly recommended!!!!!!!
