The staff here is young and often rude or too busy having a conversation to help anyone. They rarely acknowledge your presence, even at the register. I look past all this because the location is closest to me, and I come frequently, so i rarely need any extra help. I usually find what I need on my own, and my interactions are quick.
But today was inexcusable, and I was treated very rudely. I bought a new straightening product, but I never got to try it. The battery housing would not allow me to put the batties in because the spring was missing. I came back 3 days later to exchange it, and the manager accused me of not only breaking it but also trying to give him an old product that he claimed he never sold me. It was very unprofessional and insulting. I had to go back and forth with him too long for him to finally give me the same exact same product. That is all I asked for in the first place. Then he refused to give me another receipt to document the exchange in case I had any issues with the exchanged item. There are too many beauty supply options. I am done with this store.

Went n 2 this shop 4 the 1st time, asked the young lady where I cld find brown lip stick. She answered irritability & pointed and said "n the back"... didn't find what i was looking 4. I'll NEVER VISIT THAT SUPPLY STORE EVER AGAIN!!! Good customer service means a lot. Perhaps that young lady should work on that. ???
