I came to Trusit Bank at cobb galleria and Whitnee was very helpful with helping me find a document that no one would help me find at any other branch I will definitely be coming back here to handle my banking business from now on

No I know why it’s has low reviews just go to the one on S Cobb. I’m surprised this building is even here basic banking isn’t even in service. Waited 10 mins to watch plp on their computers in cubicles. The front area plp were fine but clearly the bankers in the back are doing something else than helping customers. I suggest using the drive through they serve that faster.

Wow I came here at 1149 I deposited 2,000 check I first dealt with a man bank teller he had good customer service then all of sum a lady pop up she was so rude towards me when I ask her how much release back to me her reply was look, u can go look that up then she yell I'm the only one here which that wasn't my business to know. I'll never go back to this branch she need more training I would have never told a bank customer I'm the only bank teller wow scary

I had to give one star because there was no option to zero star. This branch has poor rating for reason. A financial institution has two star rating is a big problem. Jamez helped when I went to this location. Although he wanted to try his best, he didn’t have enough confidence to make decisions on own. He called the customer service to confirm on what he should be doing and customer service said there was no ‘Yes’ or ‘No’ answer, and their answer was ‘up to the branch’. Finally he decided to do what he supposed to do and reached out to his manager for override, but she didn’t want to move and come to the office. Instead she told him to change the account type. I left with a big disappointment. Now I noticed that my account type has been changed even though I didn’t authorize it or even notified. Clinton is the bank manager! Worst banking in my opinion. Better off with going something else.

terrible customer service. Melonie Power is rude. i walked up to my boyfriend after i cashed my check, i didn’t say anything to her i made it clear i was talking to my man, and she was like “i don’t need u to speak i’m talking to him” like girl be frl. and she made it so complicated for him to cash his check.

I’ve never had such a careless customer service experience.I recently opened an account with this bank. I went to this location to withdraw money via the drive-through. Since I didn’t have a debit card, I provide my drivers license. For whatever reason the teller couldn’t find me on the account and said that she would reach out to the location Id opened the account. Over the next twenty minutes, I repeatedly had to call and ask if there was any update while I waited. At one point, the manager told me that they were ‘wrapping up’. Another ten minutes goes by, and I had to call AGAIN. he asked me to come in. It was clear he had no idea what was going on, that no one had been working to help me the entire half hour I waited. To make matters worse, he started helping someone else in the middle of helping me. At this point I was visibly upset, and just ended up leaving to go to another location before I lost my composure. Would not recommend for a business account or otherwise if customer service is important

I wish I could give zero stars. I waited in line and approached the teller to ask her for rolls of change in exchange for cash. I'll skip the details but there was some miscommunication. I'm fine with someone not understanding me and me having to explain a different way. I however am not ok with the teller being rude multiple times throughout the processes because they don't understand me. I finally lost my cool and said something back. I've never been spoken to that way at a bank before. I told the woman to have a good day and left only to return a few minutes later to ask her name. She replied from across the way saying "my name is blah blah blah" the other teller proceeded to tell me she was leaving. I said that explained her behavior. Regardless I hope she's not getting back into customer service. I'm completely dumbfounded by the lack professionalism and willingness to help customers.

At the branch at the ballpark. The rudest tellers I have ever encountered. More focused on whatever they were looking at on the phone. the lady at the first window station is the worst at customer service I have ever seen.

The recently merged SunTrust in BB&T now Truist, has had some tough challenges, but it's starting to come together. A little bit of patience and a good team at this branch on Cobb Galleria Parkway.

Ive seen the negative comments here and I understand greatly. If they have great reviews then its from their friends not customers. The tellers are rude at this location especially Melanie. They told an employee from a restaurant that they dont have no 1s or 5s or never have coin change. A bank with no small bills?? Its no such thing as being overworked and understaffed when most time they are sitting down. Ive never seen this location busy its no need to be rude and unprofessional.

Has become a majorly threatening org. I deal on multi million dollar deals. They neglected to transfer an auto pay issue from bbt to truist. This totally destroyed my partners credit score fully threatening a 20 million dollar merger we where dealing with . What’s worse they refused to do anything. Not returning emails on multiple requests etc. we finally ended up hiring a law firm to go after the office of the president of the entire truist org to get them to do anything, meanwhile this was going on they also refused to remove a past due after it was paid in full for months for myself also destroying my credit score and directly threatening another 11 million dollar deal we are working on. Be warned. Dangerous and toxic org out of control with zero respect for customers even at the multi million dollar level. We came close to filing an 15 million dollar direct damages suit plus ancillary damages on them in the millions had they succeeded to foil our deals. Just letting folks know. This was a major threat to our org. If you run a decently sized org as well. You have been clearly warned. Hope this helps someone.

I’m not sure if it’s this location or BB&T in general but the amount of inconvenience I’ve experienced while being with this bank is incredible. The teller was rude and very unhelpful and none of the bankers were able to give me much information about my account being blocked.
