Ashton was the best. He fixed my iPhone 11 screen so quickly on my 30 minute lunch break and I couldn’t be happier. My phone feels brand new again thanks to him. I recommend you guys to give them a try.( Please note that it wasn’t busy so he was able to service me quickly. )

Ordered a key last week…. Sales associate told me it would be there the following Monday ,within the next few days. I call to set up pickup up, and I am told the key would not be here for another week. How could you not mention that at all, during the consultation?? Why would you make it seem it would be here in the next few days, when you know it takes two weeks. And respond with “oh I forgot” … extremely disappointed in the customer service. Not to include being rushed off the phone, phone etiquette and communication needs major work.

David helped me finish my claim with xfinity, and made sure that the item was in stock before I drove up there. When I got there everything was ready and set up so I just had to pretty much pass off my phone. David took the initiative to call my back up line to inform me when the repair was complete. He did a great job and my new phone screen looks amazing and is calibrated perfectly. 5 star service!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We have been customers at this location since the store opened and have always received excellent service. Yesterday was a sad exception. I had 2 batteries that needed to be replaced and a key fob programmed..The rep was very friendly and pleasant but was so intent on selling me lifetime plans on batteries he didn't listen carefully to what we were saying. He replaced the battery in the wrong item, charged me for the battery in the item that wasn't replaced and kept insisting the fob was defective and I buy a new one even though it syncs with car and the battery is good. We left the store in frustration and had the fob programmed elsewhere.
