Upon entrance to the store the young employee didn't bother to great me, first bad feeling. After looking around at some of the items I was unfamiliar with I ventured to the back of the store where the checkouts were located to pickup my online order. I felt uneasy during my entire visit as if I were being watched; I was! I picked up my prepaid order then decided to test my feeling. The same unwelcoming employee upon my entry into the store continued to follow and intently watch my every move; keep in mind that now I have my purchased items in a bag at this point. I could only assume I was expected to possibly try and drop a few items(unpurchased) into my bag. I even tried to make light of the situation by making a small joke with this intent employee therefore letting her know that I acknowledged her presence, she smuggle grinned without comment and backed away. This was at Lenox Square Mall a few weeks prior to Christmas. I will NEVER use that location again! The police presence within the mall was very heavy therefore that should have been enough for Bath & Body Works uneasy employees. The checkout experience was less than welcoming as well. Hire some adults with class and experience instead of children with whom have no life experience yet and no matter a person's attire may not desire to steal but choose to look like the Country girl that I am! Yep I dress with cowboy hats, boots and I'm southern; a native to Atlanta unlike most here. Go home if you don't like our southern hospitable ways, it's how we roll and with class & respect for our customers no matter their choice of attire.Shame on you for making me feel so uncomfortable!

I called to make sure I could make an exchange and was told I could as long as it is the same product and price. I arrived to make the exchange and was told that, no, I would not be receiving anything but the lowest price. I understand that, but I was not told this on the phone. If I had known that I wouldn’t have come. Waste of time.

This particular location team is great, helpful and fast. They take time to listen and for people like me really quick in and out with big smile. My wife on the other hand takes time and this team still serves with big smile.

I actually used to work for this company so taking the time to submit a negative review is telling of how bad the service was. I first waited to be acknowledged since Mikael or MJ was on speaker phone about guy gossip at the register with the other associate Nyla or Nya while I waited. I explained that I would like my coupon honored if possible even though I knew it wasn’t likely. To my surprise she said yes. She wasn’t paying attention and actually eating behind the counter with other associate “M”. When the lead came up to fix the transaction I had to re-explain what was occurring to which he said he couldn’t do that but this one time would. I know this, but I called beforehand and asked, and was told yes. So maybe the associates should get off the phone and put down the snacks and pay attention when they’re customer facing. I actually was a manager myself, and the leader, I forgot his name, never apologized or anything. Very sad and unusual. I actually saw Jacob Frías my last visit, and i should have told him how horrible that store is while they did their best to put on a good face. And maybe Krissy Moran or Ron Ford should know too.

I will start off by saying JT (manager) and Kash were very friendly and accommodating. I had stocked up on Bath washes, because I never know when a scent will be discontinued. However, over time, I started to have headaches and could no longer use the products. I went to this location to exchange the products, and they were so understanding. I could only redeem the products for the sales price. However, from my memory, it was about the price that I have gotten it during a promotion. And it just so happened that there was a promotion on Bath washes too. Due to their assistance, I was able to purchase new scents that weren’t bothersome, and they made great recommendations that worked well. Now I’m stocked up with a variety of new scents that work well with me and I’m excited to smell great. I would definitely recommend this location. Both JT and Kash were professional, honest, humorous and approachable . I would shop here again.

First of all, the customer service was HORRIBLE. The supervisor or whoever was the girl acting like a supervisor was soooo rude. Like lady I understand you hate your job but you still gotta fake a smile and fix your attitude to be working A CUSTOMER FACING JOB. That girl lied about discounts and refused to give me any discount when I showed her the coupon where it clearly stated FOR BOTH IN STORE AND ONLINE. She told us off that we wouldn’t be able to pick up our order no matter what, again in the most rudest way possible. Then I went to pick up my order at the correct time actually 6 hours later… and guess what my order WASN’T READY. The email clearly stated IT IS READY TO BE PICKED UP. THEY LOST MY ORDER TOOK 4 ASSOCIATES TO LOOK FOR ONE ORDER JUST ONE. WHEN I SAID I AM LEAVING A REVIEW ABOUT THIS SITUATION…THEN THEN THE MANAGER OR WHOEVER THAT PERSON WAS CAME ON TO HELP US. IM SO DISAPPOINTED AT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE.

The store manager (AC) was not very accommodating at all when I tried to exchange a defective candle that is no longer staying lit. I shop at this location all the time, yet this was the first time I left feeling zero empathy, care or concern. He offered to exchange it for the lowest sale price in exchange for a regularly priced candle, which is ridiculous. Customer support over the phone took care of me wonderfully however. Though this location is closest to my home, I'll be shopping at a different location going forward all because of this experience. These stores take your money but don't care about you once the transaction is done.
