I was out of town on business for the week. Bark ATL took such great care of my dog and made him feel like family even if we were only traveling from out of town. Will definitely return if my travels take me to Atlanta again. Thank you!

Our dog Rigby always loves his stays at Bark! I greatly appreciate Jared and the rest of the team showing Rigby the love and care while they take care of him during our weekends out of town!!

We had a good experience, we were visiting from out of state so we called to get more information, staff was very helpful, they told us what we needed to do and responded quickly. Took good care of our dog and they even have cameras so you can see what your dog is up to.

I have been contemplating writing this review for a long time, but in my search for a new doggy daycare, I felt it necessary. I will start off by saying that I have worked a two doggy daycare facilities and feel I have a pretty good idea of how they are run. On a positive note, the people who work here definitely love dogs, which should be obvious but unfortunately in my work experience, that is not always the case. At first I thought this place was perfect. My dog hates being crated and they don't ever crate dogs...great! I was able to check in on my dog from their website which gave me peace of mind, until I started to notice something. Several times a day, there would be no one in the small dog area where my dog was. I have a very sweet rescue who has terrible separation anxiety that we work on daily...but there he was barking at the gate. Beyond separation anxiety, this is a HUGE safety issue. Both places I worked the number one rule was to never leave the dogs alone. When I brought up this concern I was told that the person in the small yard has to step away for help with grooming appointments and other tasks. There is no excuse for this. I was then told that my dog had an extremely loud bark that was starting to bother the staff. Excuse me??? This is a dog facility, and dogs bark! Yes, I will admit that my baby does have a very loud bark, again, worked on it in training and even went as far as to buy a bark collar which I hated and stopped after one day of using it because the other dogs barking were setting it off. We eventually got kicked out because of his bark. They "allowed" me to finish the package I purchased, but I hated the idea of him not being wanted there. So, bottom line, just be aware that someone is not always with your dogs which could lead to a huge safety issue. When I worked at doggy daycares, fights would happen in an instant and if I hadn't been there to break it up immediately, it could have been very bad. Also if your dog, "barks too loudly" you may get kicked out.

I’ve been boarding my dog (goldendoodle, age 2) here for more than 6 months. Highly recommend this place! My dog comes back tired and happy. She knows when we pull into their parking lot and gets super excited. The staff all know us by name. There’s never been any incidents or concerns. They’re very flexible in changing reservations. The only downside is that she comes back a little smelly from all the dogs — thankfully they have a bathing service. If only they did haircuts! Bark ATL is our favorite dog boarding by far.

Great spot to house you dog family when out of town or working over night. Clean. Handlers are living to your furry friends. Very much so a great environment. I love that this facility does not keep the furry family members in kennels. They promote a healthy amount of dog interaction with other dogs with supervision from the many staff who maintain balance for your canine’s experience while away from home

My pups have been going to BarkATL for 5+ years now. They offer a discount for more than one dog and packages, which is nice. They always treat them with the utmost care. My dogs love going to “school” when I go to work and are always super excited to see their friends. Highly recommend!

I dropped of my dog, Sophie, for daycare today for the 2nd time. I was checking in on the camera and noticed a lot of the little dogs were peeing on the floor, which was being mopped up (but really just spread around). I also noticed some pee puddles that the girls in the room did not notice because they appeared to be just socializing with each other. So, dogs were walking through the pee puddles & there seemed to be too many dogs for such a small room. Also, this facility has no grass for the dogs to relieve themselves on. For a female dog, this just means the urine gets all over her feet. I ended up leaving work at lunchtime to pick Sophie up. She smelled like urine and when I got home, she couldn't wait to get to our backyard and urinated for a very long time. So, I think she actually had been holding it since we left our home at 6:30am. This is quite a feat for a 6-month-old puppy. I am very disappointed and will not return to Bark Atl.

I brought my dog here for a temperament test before they would agree to board him. I absolutely love that ! After 6 hours they called to let me know he was ready but unfortunately they couldn't board him. They didn't feel comfortable because his behavior was odd. Once it was explained to me I agreed. These people were lovely and really care about the dogs in their care. Even tho we couldn't board our dog there I bet yours would be in good hands with them. Professional, honest and polite!

I have been using Bark ATL for about 5 months now, ever since my new rescue was ready. The parking lot is a little cramped but that doesn't change the great service provided. The staff have always been sweet and professional. On the cameras you can see them giving affection to the dogs as well as generally looking after them. I love watching my dog play with other dogs when I go into the office. It is so nice to have somewhere I feel comfortable leaving her when I need to travel. I have no complaints about the service my dog and I have received. She is very wary of people and she has warmed up to a few of the staff, which I think says it all.
