Very bad service
Customer service at the window is terrible.
Horrible treatment of people
They should treat us well with respect and joy
A lady who treated me in a very bad way without ethics and without respect.
When I was going to pass by I saw the manager who gave identification and money to the lady who was serving at the window so she could keep it, but it was my turn, she made me wait longer.
Customers should be a priority first, then their friends who do favors and make customers wait long waiting times.
