Y'all literally have a vault of cash, why no BOFA location can have more than 1 person working at a time is beyond me. I only go because my work uses this bank. I shouldn't wait 30 minutes to deposit $5

Sebastian Brookshire is amazing! I have received one of the best customer service experiences in my life at this Bank of America branch. Sebastian is very personal and extremely professional. He went above and beyond to try to fix my issue. His customer service skills are impressive. If I had a private company, I would definitely hire him on my team!

If I could give 0 stars to Melissa at this branch I would. I came in for a cashiers check to pay my rent . I Suppose that I look as if I should not have the amount of money that was in my bank account to her , as the first thing she asked once I was told to sit in her chair and she looked at the amount was “ do you always have to pay using a cashiers check”. I let it go and simply responded that I was late if she must know and that is what my leasing office was requiring for payment. She then , after I had clearly just made the deposit ( which her coworker told me to do because it would be easier if it was in my account vs cash) , tried to make it seem as though I did not have the money in my account . I proceeded to show her ,on my phone , throughMy mobile app that the money was there. Lastly, as she began putting the check into the envelope she commented and asked was I going to the leasing office to pay. First off MELISSA, none of which , the first or last question was any of her business . I generally go to the branch closest to perimeter and have never had an issue with themOr their customer service , so I will be taking my business to them from now on.I know that I am black and also look young but again , NONE of the questions or assumptions were valid or called for and I am VERY disappointed. Do better.

I visited the branch this afternoon 30 minutes before official close time afternoon and it took them to work to a very later hour 5:30 to finalize my new account setting up and money transfer. The manager Jenny was very welcoming and knowledgeable in her field and helped me with every of my questions for my new business account setting up. Elida was very amicable and skillful who operated the system with agility. I appreciate their great help and their time going extra miles to help a customer like me in an urgent business need. They made BOA Dunwoody Place absolutely my bank and my branch. Thank you again.

The worse customer service ever! I wouldn’t recommend this location. They made me wait over an hour to just tell me to schedule an appointment because they were busy and there was literally nobody there or in their office

I made a deposit of $2,192 on 03/03/2022 at the Drivetru ATM while the machine was processing the money, it restarted and nothing came out just my card back my money got stuck in the machine, I'm already in a terrible battle, to get it back my money, I spoke to the manager, he simply said he can't help me that he doesn't have access to the ATM, today is the 7th and I haven't had any answer and my money is stuck there I don't know what else to do I've made several calls to the call center but always the same answer i have to wait i am very disappointed in this bank i just need to get my money back and i never want to deal with this bank again
