Horrible service the lady that was the manager in the morning time on Saturday mornings was so disrespectful. She did not try to be helpful. She was very ugly and rude with the way. She talked to me like I had no sense. She definitely wasn’t even trying to help me. She immediately snapped my head off and said some ugly rude things to me and I said I’m sorry. She didn’t even ask what the issue really was.

Unbelievable. I received my Costco Rebate check and Costco had to write me a check on their account since it was larger than their limit to cash. I took it right over to Bank of America where I have my accounts. They refused to cash the account saying it was not in their system even though the Costco check was ALSO Bank of America. Then I stated that I would like to just deposit the check and at that point the manager would not even accept the check for a deposit even though I had over $10k in my accounts. What the ?

This bank is a joke! Literally explained to the teller what I needed when I came in and she completely disregarded what I said. Deposited my check instead of cashing it and depositing it. Literally ruined my day and plans because they couldn’t reverse the mistake that THEY CAUSED and I couldn’t access my funds after telling them that I needed the money literally at the moment! Lied and said my money would be deposited by the night at 12 AM and here it is at 1 AM with no funds. Will never return to this location. Horrible service and lack of care , especially from their worker named Chris. 0/10 they should shut this location down. The location on Windy hill is better and more efficient anyways, I should have went back there to begin with.

Thank you Renata! And staff! I had an issue where I was frauded out of 2k and Renata help me submit a claim and I was able to get my money back . She made me feel confident that BOA would be on my side and have results return in my favor. Thank you Renata and to the kind staff at Akers Mill BOA!

All of the reviews are correct. If you only have lobby service then make sure you have more than 2 tellers. This place always has a long line. 4 or more people waiting at a time. Be prepared to wait 15-20 minutes standing there before you can make a deposit or whatever you need to do with teller service. The tellers are always nice and efficient but it’s ridiculous there’s only 2 at a time with this much volume of business! BOA is eithet too cheap to hire more tellers or this branch is struggling due to a management issue. Either way this feels like the “walmart” of banks and makes me want to switch elsewhere.

I am withdrawing my money from my business and personal accounts! I experienced the worst customer service from Nisha. As soon as I get all of my business deposits transferred I am withdrawing every dollar I have in Bank of America!!! The worst customer service and bank EVER!!!!!!!!

0 Stars not even 1. Read the other reviews and find a different branch. Only 2 tellers working, they were great, working hard, but they can only do so much. This is a management issue that they obviously don't care about.

I asked for an envelope and had to wait in a line of like 4 customers ahead of me with one teller when I visited. So I decided to leave instead of waiting. Other than that, I felt very secure in the bank, there's ample security and space to do your banking at the ATM inside, outside, or thru the drive thru. I'm always a bit cautious visiting though but have not had a negative experience at this bank. I would try to visit during non peak times as a consideration.

Stood in here for 25-30 minutes trying to make a deposit, all employees just looked at me and smiled. Lady walked in behind me and gets help instantly. When I finally get help. No apology. Just excuses.

The worst service ever on a service transaction that could have been handle in 10 minutes but, instead banker made an erroneous judgment decision to wait 15 minutes when their customer was a no show. I’m not mad that the fee was not refunded but, I am more mad of the way I wasted a whole 30 minutes. It is important to tell your customers that that you have an appt and that’s there’s a 15 minutes grace period and given them a choice of whether to wait or go. Super not cool! If you can’t refund a fee than just say that and apologize and moved on. Don’t make me wait 30 minutes to say, ‘No, we can’t refund you.” You could have done that in 5 minutes.
