The black lady in the skinny Hispanic looking guy are always rude at this location. They need to learn better customer service skills. They are always either busy having conversations amongst themselves or they don’t greet you and don’t think you when you’re leaving.

I came in to help my husband. Anyways, they were able to halfway help me. Once I went down the steps it was hard to think about my husband’s problems. What I really want to know is the story behind this building. It looks like a hobbit house. Who was this architect? I love the water feature in the lobby and the lair-like feel. This branch needs to host DnD and get some of that n*** money. They need to clean up the stone a bit and do some overall tidying. The architecture was 10/10!

This morning I went to Bank of America to cash a check into one of my accounts and was told that it would be deposited tomorrow morning with certainty and without falter by one of the employees, only to find out that there is a hold on my check until AUGUST 8TH!!!! The employees are not well equipped to competently convey information to customers. Terrible.

Dear Bank of America,I am writing to express my disappointment with the discriminatory behavior I was subjected to during my recent visit to one of your branches. I came to the branch 6/30/2023 to inquire about Bank of America's community giving, but was met with rude and unprofessional behavior from the branch manager, Vashon L. Saulter. (4492 Roswell Road)I was taken aback by the way Vashon spoke to me and treated me throughout our conversation. I felt that I was being discriminated against and that my questions were not being taken seriously. As a 18 year customer of Bank of America, I expect to be treated with respect and professionalism at all times.I hope that Bank of America takes this matter seriously and takes steps to ensure that all customers are treated with respect and dignity. Pretty much the definition of incompetence. They make you set up an appointment to talk to one of their "bankers". Then you show up on time and they're not available. That's just a start. It's like these guys are trying to be awful. I switched to B of A from another bank a while ago and have regretted it ever since.

just a horrible experience overall. From the inability to book online appointments due to 'technical difficulties' (for months), to the incompetence of the staff, this place is horrible. worst branch of a bank i've ever seen in my life.

Please someone explain to me why every other time I attempt to use the drive thru ATM at this location (I go twice a week), the ATM isn’t taking deposits. Very inconvenient.

Terrible costumer service the bankers don’t know what they are doing and the manager jumped to agree with his banker without investigating what was going on. Then he started to tell me he refused to help me so I told him I refused to leave the bank until I got helped. After reviewing the bankers mistake they apologized and preceded to assist me. Keeping in mind they mad me call the 1800 number which told me and them the bankers where telling me the wrong information and did not understand why they would not help me. Very disappointed with the whole team here specially that it took them 3 hours to get me situated when it all could of been avoided if they did their job the first time.

This is the WORST branch for BoA. Went this morning and they refused to let me in saying that it was appointment only, even for a quick teller transaction. I checked their website and there was nothing about needing an appointment and they had nothing on either door saying you needed an ally. Customers were trying to enter only to discover doors were locked but employees were inside hanging out, not working. The people they hire for this branch have no clue what customer service is, never have. This branch has always been bad but this takes the cake. Suggest they clean house and hire people who actually know how to work with the public and service customers properly or just close it all together. It is useless.
