My wife and I visited the Bank of America to open new accounts. Despite being the only customers and waiting for over an hour, the staff appeared disorganized, chatting amongst themselves. During our wait, a staff member went to lunch, promising to assist us upon return. The bank manager seemed uninvolved, conversing with staff in his office. A disappointing and unprofessional experience.

Worse Manager in the world. FEMALE!Has a stripper depositing all 1's creating a long line, during the Holidays. Has a buisness line for buisness owners yet, 1 person is holding it up. 4 windows and everyone is slow. BOA is usually wonderful. This location must be where lucifer banks. Don't come here!

This review is for BOA as a whole. Been a customer over 30 years. I had acredit car with just a limit of 500. i have always carried a balance and here recently i am trying to repair my credit. Well as soon as i pay iff my card BOA clises the account one day after paying off. Now instead of helping my credit they turn around and hurt it. What a great way to treat o customer of over 30 years. Customer loyalty means nothing this company if they can't make big money off of you

Bad experience with this branch (teller counter) 2 times.First time I wanted to deposit a check into my company account. They said that as I already marked mobile deposit on the back, so I cannot deposit at counter, no exception. I went to another branch in Tucker and surprisingly, they helped me to deposit the same check without question.Second time, also wanted to deposit check to my biz account, they refused because the recipient name missing LLC at the end. I tried to deposit at the ATM with debit card and it worked. So funny that machine is more flexible than people.To be fair, I praise the banker, Ms. Andrea who is very helpful. Thank you.

Very unprofessional I was supposed to have an appointment with Jessie to open an account she never showed up. I came into branch day before and they did not want to open a savings for me, just to come back the next day and do the same thing I could’ve done the day. Very unprofessional and lazy workers

Modern day racism. I went in to cash a check and was told there is a$15 fee. When the site states $8.00 the check was only $350. I must say I will never step foot inside another Bank of America never again in life. And to think I was gonna open an account there. Do not bank with these guys especially this location. I think the teller name was lori.

the worst bank I do not recommend it. the staff is very racist if you are hispanic they ignore you. I will change my account to another bank.

Horrible customer service, bringing in a few thousand in deposits from my company, I was immediately met with a reason I could not deposit, because of how I packaged the money. He was condescending and rather rude about taking in money on a corporate account

I wanted to get a safety deposit box, so I called and was informed that I can get a safety deposit box even if I do not have an account with the bank, so I scheduled an appointment and met with Armando at the bank, he could not complete the process as my ID was expired and asked me to get a valid ID, Armando scheduled an appointment for me next day and I visited the bank next day with a valid ID and was informed that I cannot get a safety deposit box if I don't have an account with the bank. If that is the case then why did they not tell me that on the phone itself and asked me to come next day with valid ID. They waited my two days. Very disappointed.

We've been banking at this branch since moving nearby in 2008. We've always had very good, polite, and timely service. Anne, the Branch Manager, is an exceptional good person and manager. Went into the branch to have something done. Signed what paperwork was needed and left. A week later I discover nothing has been done with my request and no one answers the phone at the branch.
