I had a very different experience than some of the reviews below. There was no wait, and the manager was extremely helpful and courteous (perhaps the negative reviews made a difference).

One teller working inside while the office workers sit without anyone. Why have they compressed this so small and removed drive up banking. Time is money as they say so they need to speed up and hire more tellers.

Service is really lacking , came at 9 am, to make a payment , looks like hours have changed to 10am, well that's not a problem. I come back at 2:25, 3 people are in the bank and no one seems to want to help. It seems to be lunch time and everyone is off the clock, well then close the bank , why are you open ? And people are walking in well I am not coming 3rd time , Enjoy your lunch

Deposited 1700 for my son's school tuition at this ATM. Funds never appeared on my account and Bank is not being accountable for this!! So irritating

Okay... the branch has months closed! Please we understand the situation but don’t abuse about virus-19. We don’t have time to “do the tour” in the city and waste time to check which one is open or less cluttered. Not always automated system is the magic bullet for all solutions. Human interaction is needed and customer service over the phone sometimes may turn in a nightmare.

Very unprofessional rude Manager and Red Head. Simply change of address disrupted them with 0 customers. Please hire professionals. Rag Tag Thrift Store Demeanor. Work irritates them.

Horrible customer service via the online banking system. Kept being transferred to different departments. I had to call on many occasions over a 2 month period while they had my money on hold due to fraud on one account. The branch can't take care of that. I'm glad to say when my money was released from the hold I withdrew every penny and took my money elsewhere. I would store my money under the mattress before I ever have another account with bank of America, even if they were the last banking facility on earth!!!

I wish there was a way to put 0 stars b/c they don't deserve any. My bank account was compromised in January and I thought I had worked through it with Jasmine (who is sweet and tries). Apparently BOA thought I could be in Atlanta and Miami at the same time so denied my claim without telling me, then cleaned out all of my savings account to cover the deficit in the compromised account. I went in to try and work through it in person and the Branch Manager, Geneva, basically told me that there was nothing more that they could do for me and that I didn't need to waster Jasmine's time trying to help me. She was mean, inconsiderate and has not place as a manager. I have already opened a new account with another bank and after 30 years, will close ALL of my accounts with BOA. They are horrible to their customers and couldn't care less about helping.
