The staff at this branch did such a wonderful job--- efficient, genuinely pleasant, and fast without rushing. The Branch Manager was truly amazing ? We felt welcome, appreciated, and proud. Hoping to do more business with BOA in the near future...

Those of you w/ negative reviews should visit other banks, i.e. PNC, Wells Fargo, Chase, etc. if you think this bank is bad. Never go to any bank thinking you can treat it like a convenient store. Have your patience pants on anytime you're in a place that deals w/ $$$$$. Good day!
