Every time I go there Is always something wrong with it either the ATM machines are done or the door won't work ? I try to go there after work and it won't let me in

Very clean. Easy to access and use. Non staffed location. You need a debit card or cell phone with tap and pay to enter the building and use arms. 2 restrooms inside also need card access to use. Conference rooms availbe for chatting with associate via zoom etc.

It’s nice and all that you choose to be a “virtual” bank, but you all need to keep up with sanitization and pest control. Ants are everywhere, feces (both human and non-human) is all over the lavatory… dirty floors upon entry, ant hills next to the ATMs… As much money as Bofa collects, this is unacceptable. GROSSLY unacceptable!

Closes and locks the doors for no reason. The past 3 times I went, the card reader that lets you in just straight up doesn't work. Just a nice locked building for no one to use.

The door has been broken for 3 months - so no one can even get inside. Literally MONTHS and no one from BOA has noticed. Tried to call and report but there is not a way to speak to a representative when you call. ??♂️

When I went in the machine to schedule a video meeting was down and was giving an error that it could not connect. I wasn't able to speak with an associate but at least the atms were in working order
