Avoid this apartment at any cost!!!!!
You would really regret moving in this apartments. Think before leasing in here.
I recently moved in and was met with a plenty of issues, including:
- No hot water (finally fixed after a day)
- Broken dishwasher (still awaiting maintenance repair, despite submitting a request days ago)
- Dysfunctional air conditioning that fails to cool below 79-80°F (consider bringing your own AC unit, trust me!)
- A filthy washing machine and roaches that contaminate food
- Grimy racks caked with sticky dust, never cleaned (you would get the racks this clean ?)
- A washing machine that appears to have never been maintained or cleaned before move in.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This place evicted us and still charging us rent. Told me I have to keep paying until the lease is up after I already vacated the premises and return all keys and key card. My attorney definitely said it’s a lie and illegal to do so. I’m taking them to court. I can’t get a copy of my lease and they locked me out the portal to prevent me from doing so. This place is a waste of money. From the broken apartments to the rude front office staff. Stay far away from here. People will go into your apartment without your knowledge and no email stating as to why they were even in there. You can never get anything fixed because nobody ever answer you or your emails. Waste of money.

7/17 ** UPDATE TO REVIEW**
Roach problem is not resolved and they continue to come back even with routine pest control. Upon further inspection it looks like there is an infestation under my refrigerator. You absolutely to not want to live here… unless you want to coexist with roaches that don’t pay rent.
The front office staff is also rude and isn’t much help. Trying to get them to answer the phone is a daily challenge. The complex will shut off the water due to an “emergency” but not send out updates of when the water will return. The other company was bad and I didn’t think this place could get much worse, but this management is proving me wrong.
If I could give 0 stars I would. You will have roaches, rats, and never get your packages. Quite possibly the worst place to live. You will get your apartment broken into or your tires slashed in the parking lot.

My girlfriend and i were looking for an apartment in Atlanta and Sydney was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of our questions about the property and surrounding areas of Dunwoody.

Rude staff, office and maintenance. Aaron in office very rude! They have roaches and huge rats! Takes maintenance over a week to come and if you try to address any new issue once they arrive they will not look at it even though they are currently there have to put in another request and wait another week or two for them to address it. For the price it’s not worth it. I don’t recommend here, there are other apartments in the area you should try before coming here.

Absolutely the worst place you can choose to live. Our AC/HVAC system has been shoddy ever since I moved here last year in June. It was fine at first and now it’s completely shot. It has been regularly 80 degrees and up inside regardless of the time of day. Leasing office and staff couldn’t care less! We were told there was nothing they can do and to just crack a window and hope for the best. There is no ETA on our repair and I cannot wait for my lease to be up later this summer. We have a roach infestation problem just like everyone else living here. Pest control comes out and you still see them crawling everywhere, even inside your appliances! The staff is a joke and they get nothing done aside from taking your money on the first of the month. Also, be prepared to call for hours before you reach a staff member. When you do reach a staff member, they will most likely give you attitude and hang up on you instead of trying to remedy the situation. Please take this word of caution and DO NOT LIVE HERE. Take it from someone who learned the hard way with this terrible complex and staff.
For context: It was 67 outside when this photo was taken. Our apartment was 81 degrees with windows open and fans running. Ridiculous.
*UPDATE: I found out why you can NEVER reach a member of staff. I spent hours on end calling and calling with just a simple question regarding a letter. I even set a timer for myself to call every 15 minutes. After 16 calls, which I tallied myself because this is ridiculous, I went to the office. There were two office employees, one was helping a resident and another was finishing up paperwork it seemed so I waited for about 5 minutes. Not a big deal. I thought, let me see what they do when they receive a phone call from a resident since they ignored my 16 PHONE CALLS! I called the number again and there was not a single ringtone going off. It’s as if the lines were disconnected or muted! They don’t care enough about our calls to the point where they silence their phones as to not be bothered. So for the many hours I was calling for assistance, I was just not heard. It is so horrible that I have to go into the office myself and call the number to see what the issue is. Y’all, please do not live here. PLEASE.

Rats in the kitchen, staring back at me,
Roaches on the counter, crawling 'round with glee,
Life in this apartment, ain't what it used to be.
Rats and roaches, making themselves at home,

Rats and roaches, just my bad company.
Late at night, I hear the pitter-patter feet,
Scurrying in the shadows, looking for a treat,
Tried to call the landlord, but he just can't see,
This ain't no way to live, it ain't right for me.
Rats and roaches, making themselves at home,
Rats and roaches, won't leave me alone,

Gonna pack my bags, find a better place,
Somewhere clean and quiet, with a little more space,

Well, back in February I was told by a young lady employed by this company that my cable account was purchased by the apartment company. For 3 months I continued to pay both Xfinity and the apartment complex. In early June when I went to the office to discuss my account. A lady who said she was one of the manger’s told me I should have gone to the cable company and changed my account. I was never told I had a responsibility to change anything. After me trying to explaining a few times that I never received any information about going to the cable company and making changes. she began to talk in a very lord voice as if I couldn’t comprehend what she was saying. My point is how badly this internet change over has been to the residents. Customer service is not a priority.

Worst management ever, they never pick your call, never replies to your email. You have to physically goto leasing office stand in a queue and explain them the issue.
