How do you provide customer service when you refuse to answer the phone. I called several times prior to just walking in the store just to see employees completely ignoring the phone when they are no customers in the store. Very unprofessional and not the right way to run a business.

Now I'm late leaving this review but I want to do it anyway. This happened about a week ago today actually. I was door dashing and my car broke down in the camp creek marketplace. My boyfriend came and took me to the Auto parts store. So we get here and he wants to eat, and I notcoe they close at like 10 and it's close to then. He runs inside when the lights went out outside. Then he comes back and tells me the manager told him to go eat his food and not worry about this closing. So I go inside and was like you told him that jokingly and she said yes. The manager on duty was Tika. She was so helpful because my boyfriend was still eating. So she found me the cheapest battery because that was what I needed, she carried the battery out to the car and she even supplied the tools. Her dad was going to help us but my boyfriend was like it's ok but the thought it was offered was great. Tika told me to take the tools and just bring them back. I haven't brought them back yet but I'm on my way. I don't want her to think I can't keep my word. But I just want to say that this Auto Zone experience was a great one. Tika is the best and a wonderful person, I will drive all the way over there to go to that store and deal with her and I live in college park off Riverdale Rd. So go and experience Tika if you are fortunate too. You won't regret it. Tika I'm coming back with the tools don't worry. Lol

Went to Auto Zone on Campbellton Rd purchased a Lithium Duralast Battery Charger, the check out was quick and fast… When I returned home my item was missing a charging cord. Left immediately to go back and return my item. However, before I could get out my car. Tika and Mike met me outside and sprung into action. Tika returned back with a resolution and my item works….. Old school Customer Service going the extra mile to resolve my issue! Kudos

Staff was unpleasant, rude, and unhelpful. They need serious training in customer service. Do yourself a favor and find ANY other auto parts store in the area.

There's this ugly, loud, fat slag behind the counter that ruins it for this store. Not only is it typical of Atlanta stores to not have anything but general items in the store with the WORST customer service possible but as per typical this store is like walking into a chicken shack in the ghetto, of which is EVERYWHERE here, and being subjected to the worst people on the planet. Of course the one salvation for this store is the guy one guy who works with the fat slag and the male/female wreck next to her. Don't even bother going to the sticks here...its just as bad. I hate this city!!
