I tried to buy an alternator for a Ford passenger car by providing the year, make and model (plus the engine size). The clerk asked if it was 2 or 4 wheel drive. What?! He said that there was 1 more in stock. My lucky day! The price was quoted, to include the core charge of course. $261.35. As I walked to the car, I realized not only was the vehicle type wrong, but the part fit a 2015 Dodge vehicle. Agh! I returned to the counter and told the clerk I needed a refund. He grinned and said, "He must have pressed the wrong button.". So each vehicle in the system has a particular button? That's not true nor is it funny. He asked did I still need the part. Not here. Take your business to NAPA, 12 mi away or Advance. Don't waste your time or money here.

I will never patronize another Auto Zone. The manager was rude. Went to get a battery check and he refused saying it was raining when it wasn’t. Stood in line while the other employee had a full blown out conversation with another customer. He never acknowledged us even when the other employee called him. Poor customer service. This is why our businesses in the hood don’t make it. It couldn’t have been buckhead or Cobb county. I’m disgusted. Not disappointed. Why can’t we get quality people to serve us in these stores. Terrible. Don’t shop there. EVER

My daughter was visiting from out of town so I sent her to a nearby auto zone where she was staying, she experienced the most disrespectful and rude service. Really an auto zone that doesn't help a mother travelling with an infant child install windshield wipers.Just TERRIBLE service!!!

Went to multiple locations and Mike was the only employee able to effectively communicate and help me out considering I know nothing about cars. He knew what he was doing and was super sweet and attentive. Cracked jokes during the entire installation!!
