I went today because of corrosion on my battery. The entire staff was so professional and helpful! Angel was welcoming and friendly. The manager Deanthony andhis assistant (forgot his name but guy with the dreads) were very professional and Extremely thorough in helping me! As well as the other ladies at the counter with dreads also. I didn't feel rushed or brushed off! Corporate if you're reading this give them all a raise!! ASAP!

This AutoZone store is the best

Best group of people
I was there on 7.25.24 I had been stranded because of a bad battery in my car there was this young lady that was getting ready to get off work she didn’t leave but stayed to help me I don’t remember her name but the whole crew stopped what they were doing and helped me they even had the type of battery my car needed put it in for me and gave me hugs and told me everything would be ok this was a true blessing from God He sent me there I was treated with the up most respect and kindness because I was a mess that day thank you again from Teresa Price…

Store management apparently has made their own return policy, But due to this being a corporate company they should not be able to do this because the store is in the hood, They have no respect for the customers, The store manager was eating and sitting down and I ask him was he available and he pointed towards the commercial accounts sign. He was rude and didn’t know or understand the policy which could have easily became a legal situation. Treat your customers better. I won’t be back or spend any money unless I have a resolution.

No friendly customer service here. Just a glimpse of woman rolling her eyes because you walked in before she could lock the door. And that's the last straw. I'm not spending another dime at this location. The older tall heavy set woman who seems to be some kind of manager, is rude, unfriendly and she practically threw my refund money at me as she walked away. I've been shopping at this location for over 15 years, not anymore.
I'll drive a little further to a friendlier and more pleasant atmosphere.
