Store management apparently has made their own return policy, But due to this being a corporate company they should not be able to do this because the store is in the hood, They have no respect for the customers, The store manager was eating and sitting down and I ask him was he available and he pointed towards the commercial accounts sign. He was rude and didn’t know or understand the policy which could have easily became a legal situation. Treat your customers better. I won’t be back or spend any money unless I have a resolution.

No friendly customer service here. Just a glimpse of woman rolling her eyes because you walked in before she could lock the door. And that's the last straw. I'm not spending another dime at this location. The older tall heavy set woman who seems to be some kind of manager, is rude, unfriendly and she practically threw my refund money at me as she walked away. I've been shopping at this location for over 15 years, not anymore.
I'll drive a little further to a friendlier and more pleasant atmosphere.

I came into this location to grab some things for my jeep. Brandon H. The commercial manager was more than helpful & went beyond his call of duty to assist me with everything I needed. He was patient & solution oriented. This location is typically very busy & chaotic However, Brandon balanced helping me & others. Thank you Brandon !

Was having issues with what I assumed was my power steering fluid. I went in and explained to the lady at the check out desk my situation and she came and looked at my power steering fluid level. She was really nice and helpful and explained where the power steering fluid was located and what it did for the car. She also advised me on how to fill it up. I purchased the fluid from here and my steering wheel is turning good as new. Very smooth and easy process thanks to her customer service!

I came in to purchase new brake lights. I thought i would have to figure everything out myself but Brandon H. Immediately helped me. He came outside and took the lights out to make sure we got the correct ones and then helped me replace the new ones. He was knowledgeable and very pleasant! I am very happy with my experience today.
