Visited this location twice in 2 days, lucky girl I know. First for a battery issue , and second for a check engine light. Bryan helped me both times, was friendly, and efficient. Major kudos to this auto zone crew for all being so friendly, down to earth, & helpful!

This store is pretty great. The staff is friendly and helpful. Especially Eve, who despite me being there at closing and a few minutes past (like 10?) made sure I was able to find the spark plugs I wanted and was totally taken care of. Any time they've ordered a part for me, it is has come in within 2 days. Located on Memorial Dr. right off Maynard Ter makes them pretty convenient.

Donte was excellent at his job I was in stressful situation and kept things professional and was very calm and patient I would definitely reccomend asking for him whenever you come to this location he is dope!!!

I would like applauded the staff at this location they were all friendly and helpful with great energy, but I mostly would like to highlight team members/ manger ARRICK for going above and beyond with my visit today,he was very knowledgeable about my needs, he even went a step further and changed all needed bulbs in the rear of my car, this has been the best experience I've ever had coming to this company,I recommend that he get new position,a raise or even just lunch cause he is a valuable asset to this company and needs to be rewarded, sincerely a satisfied customer

I really appreciate Tyrin help! He is very helpful and kind! He helped me to change the battery and try the different size tools. I got the amazing experience instead my car battery. I will choose the AutoZone to change other things next time
