I recently had a highly unpleasant experience at AutoZone that left me questioning how management allows such an environment to persist. Upon arriving to purchase some oil, I was immediately struck by the distasteful scene unfolding outside the store. Groups of people were lounging in lawn chairs not only near the entrance but also scattered across the lawn and parking lot. The unmistakable and overpowering smell of marijuana reeked throughout the area, adding to the discomfort.
It was incredibly intimidating to step out of my car with individuals openly selling drugs and hanging around the premises. This kind of turmoil makes it nearly impossible to patronize the business comfortably. I felt unsafe and unwelcome, and it is baffling that AutoZone's management tolerates such disorder. Ensuring a safe and professional environment should be a priority for any business, and this location failed spectacularly. I hope steps are taken to rectify this situation, as it is currently not a place I would recommend or return to.

Just bought a part in commercial 30 min ago it was the wrong part.I was told come back in hour by one manager then the other manager who sold me the part said he don’t give money back on Sunday come back mon. Why open commercial on Sunday if your not gone give people money back

Gave me wrong part after he put wrong info in computer because he was running his mouth and giggling with the other employees it wasn't paying any attention to what I said therefore he entered wrong information and gave me wrong part which really cost me time in money.
