“Omg! This establishment represents customer service to the fullest. My daughter wasn't able to avoid a pot hole while driving in Atlanta. I'm 5 hours away and wasn't able to get to her. I searched online for a tire shop closes to her school and Tire South (Howell) came up. I read the reviews and decided this is the one. From the time I called and spoke to Akeen to the time she checked out with Travis, I was overjoyed with how we were treated. Travis said something to me that more businesses should put thought behind. Travis said, "Without you the customer, we would not have a job." All the way from FLORIDA, I highly recommend this establishment for your tire needs.”
“Blue Ridge Automotive completed several repairs and maintenance items that the dealer turned away due to the age of the car. Chris at Blue Ridge, on the other hand, seemed pleased at the prospect of servicing the car. Chris provided an itemized list of the cost of the repairs, sent images to show and explain why a repair needed to be done, and requested authorization before starting each repair. Now the car works well and drives well.”

These guys are really great. Forty was the one who received my request, and after that it was smooth sailing. They suggested to change my tires and did it perfectly.
When I found some issue later on, i went there without an appointment and they took care of everything in an hour, without charging me. I think it's the best place near Buckhead for servicing and minor repairs. Just the best!”

“Went in for a brake check due to some noise. Brakes were still good at 50%, and they said I didn't need the tires I thought I needed, but only recommended the rotation. Good advice, and professional. Will be back for my oil change and other basic services.”

“I brought my car in when my EPC light appeared on my dash. And while I didn’t expect to get the quote that I received (mainly because I didn’t truly know how deep the issues were beforehand), the folks at Vaughan Automotive took care of my Volkswagen and got us back up and running.
They also have a very cool tracking system that keeps you updated along the process, and include pictures so you have a visual as well. I would recommend and will be returning for my car needs in the future!”
“I went to this location to get an alignment done on my BMW. Despite there being a problem with the adjustment bolt, the technician took their time to make sure it was done right. The service advisers there are also open to all questions and knowledgable in giving advice.”

While waiting for roadside service to give me a jump start, I called Lionel my service agent and told him what I was dealing with for several days. I really needed to work and could not stay at the dealer waiting. Once my car got jumped I drove 30 minutes to the dealership and he had a loaner car waiting for me. I was able to see the rest of my patients, and made it back to pick up my car with a new battery. I was stressed but Lionel really helped me out. I am very pleased! Thank you Lionel!”
