“Bought my vehicle from Nalley years ago, been using their service department ever since. My current go to guy in service is Malian Bah, he is exceptional. Been working with him for years, he is thorough, professional, and always looking out for me, which I appreciate. They get me in and out in a timely manner, as I usually wait at the dealership. The dealership is always clean, very spacious waiting area with snacks and entertainment. I have had no problems with anyone at Nalley Infiniti, all are friendly and courteous, I highly recommend them for your vehicle needs.”
“I had a wonderful experience with Landmark. I had no way of getting to the dealership, so they had Daryll come 45 min. out of his way to pick me up. Which for me that was going above and beyond. It doesn't stop there. I was nervous about driving in the heavy traffic, so Daryll again brought me home. Great customer service. You need to go to them if your in need of a vehicle.”
“Mixed review. I love their products. I've used them on several vehicles. My current F150 has their XB Headlights, Tail lights, Fogs, Interior lights, Side Marker lights and considering their 3rd Brake light. All amazing products. However, my most recent purchase of the XB tails left a bad taste. I tried to take advantage of their trade in program to offset the cost. Their site was offering $240 for my factory LED tails. After they received them, I was sent and email stating they rejected them as they don't take LEDs as a trade, only the halogen versions. Even though it was obviously an option when I submitted the form. I've been trying to get a response from them to send me back my originals or give some kind of credit back even if a store credit to help make this right and I'm getting no help. This is unfortunate as they really do offer great products. Just be cautious if using their trade in program and the customer service side has really failed my expectations.
Edit: I have been contacted and they have gone above and beyond my expectations to correct this issue. I'm very happy this worked out as previously stated their products are the best. I'm beyond happy. A++ on the response and taking ownership. Thank you!!!!!”

The latch to my hatchback was stuck and it wouldn’t open so even though they said they usually don’t help with that sort of thing, he still took a look and was able to get it unlocked for me. This is great option for getting brand new OEM parts without paying ridiculous markup prices.”

Malcom really over-served by doing the installation on what turned out to not be a simple one. The manager there when I first arrived was patient and worked with me to find what I needed.
