“Mixed review. I love their products. I've used them on several vehicles. My current F150 has their XB Headlights, Tail lights, Fogs, Interior lights, Side Marker lights and considering their 3rd Brake light. All amazing products. However, my most recent purchase of the XB tails left a bad taste. I tried to take advantage of their trade in program to offset the cost. Their site was offering $240 for my factory LED tails. After they received them, I was sent and email stating they rejected them as they don't take LEDs as a trade, only the halogen versions. Even though it was obviously an option when I submitted the form. I've been trying to get a response from them to send me back my originals or give some kind of credit back even if a store credit to help make this right and I'm getting no help. This is unfortunate as they really do offer great products. Just be cautious if using their trade in program and the customer service side has really failed my expectations.

Edit: I have been contacted and they have gone above and beyond my expectations to correct this issue. I'm very happy this worked out as previously stated their products are the best. I'm beyond happy. A++ on the response and taking ownership. Thank you!!!!!”

“I wish I could give D & I TEN stars! They could not have done a better job getting my dream truck back to PERFECT after it was broken into. They’re friendly and personable, communicated clearly, made everything as easy as it could have been and the quality of their work is AMAZING! How long did it take? I dropped my truck off on Monday and it was ready to be picked up 4 days later on Thursday afternoon! This was a shock because I planned on having to wait a while for them to get some hard-to-find parts. They also did a fantastic job on my window tint that needed to be replaced, making sure that both windows matched perfectly. There is a really good reason that this shop is in the top 3 of the most highly rated shops in Atlanta. In fact, their customer service put the other “most highly rated shops” to shame. D & I is also a local business and not part of some national chain. This means owners who are present, hands on and personally stand behind the excellent work they do.I can tell you this, NO ONE will ever touch any vehicle I own if I need paint, bodywork, glass repair, wheel repair, window tinting, vehicle wraps, stereo/speakers or custom body parts installed. If anyone I know ever has a vehicle that needs some love, I will make sure they take it to the experts at D & I. I really wish that I had gotten them to replace my broken window because dealing with_____________ (rhymes with Apelight) was a total nightmare. These guys put the satisfaction of their customers FIRST and you will see the difference. To make things even easier, there’s an Enterprise Car rental right next door so dropping off and picking up was a breeze. I honestly can’t see why anyone would give them anything but a 5 star review.Trust D & I with your dream car, you’ll be glad you did.”

“I have been using Catherine's for 10+ years for my Chevy. They do great work at a reasonable price, and everything is always clearly explained by Geornette. I know enough about cars to know that Geornette knows way more than I do, and she has a great way of explaining everything in plain English so I understand the work that needs to be done, the steps they want to take, and the expected cost. I find them to be quite conservative in recommending work as well. The technician produces a great report each time, but unless something really needs repairs, it's not flagged as an issue (unlike other places I've been where every little thing becomes a recommended repair, which inflates the bill).

I recently added a car to my fleet and tried to take it to a Mercedes specialist - big mistake. The repair estimate was over $1k for work that had already been done (that other garage wanted to redo it just in case it was done wrong the first time - seriously). I called Geornette and she got me in right away, listened to my concerns, and their team started diagnostics where the seller's garage had left off. They found a wiring issue that was much easier and less expensive to replace than the repairs suggested by the other shop. They are my heroes! Now I have two cars that I'll be taking here.”

“I have a 1965 Plymouth Fury that I spend a bunch of money restoring. Then the power brake booster went out after almost 60 years. Parts like that are hard to come by. Try to stop a big car like that without power brakes!Another shop told me BB&K rebuilt power brake boosters. There cannot be too many shops in the US that do this. Anyway, BB&K's guy overhauled my old brake booster to like-new condition so I could put the Plymouth back on the road again. Don't know what I would have done if I had not found BB&K.”

“I came to Nalley Infiniti for major service on my QX80. My service advisor was Asif, and he was absolutely fantastic. Asif was more than knowledgeable about the issues and resolutions for my vehicle. Asif was professional, prompt in his response and extremely personable. Asif was accommodating. As stated before, I had substantial work being done to my vehicle. Asif, made sure I had transportation while my car was being fixed. My experience at Nalley Infiniti was pleasant with the exception of spending the money for repairs ?.”

Only issue I had was one of the parts was mislabeled online, Edward took care of everything and got me the right part ordered quickly. He was even able to order a part that was not available online anywhere. I reached out to him and he was able to get it ordered. This is great option for getting brand new OEM parts without paying ridiculous markup prices.”

“I got into the MINI world in 2010 with my first r53 MINI. I knew immediately Way was trustworthy and honest because i needed a service and after he performed the service, he informed me he didnt charge me for this and for that because it didnt need replacing at the time. What?Who does that? Instant customer and have been been for 14 years. I have since upgraded to a MINI GP and he has taken care of every issue ive had. I will never go anywhere else for my MINI needs. “RBM Roadside Technician, Jordin Mendez, was extremely helpful to me. He was able to get to me a few minutes before he said would. He has a very uplifting personality. He is well trained and knowledgeable about his trade. I had two issues yesterday. My battery was not working. First, we jumped started the car. After a 25 mile "charging" drive, I turned off the car and it didn't start again. I called Jordin and he came back as quickly as he could - about 20 minutes. He got the car restarted. Jordin and my Service Manager had appointment already set for me when I got there. What a great team at RBM!”

“Now I'm late leaving this review but I want to do it anyway. This happened about a week ago today actually. I was door dashing and my car broke down in the camp creek marketplace. My boyfriend came and took me to the Auto parts store. So we get here and he wants to eat, and I notcoe they close at like 10 and it's close to then. He runs inside when the lights went out outside. Then he comes back and tells me the manager told him to go eat his food and not worry about this closing. So I go inside and was like you told him that jokingly and she said yes. The manager on duty was Tika. She was so helpful because my boyfriend was still eating. So she found me the cheapest battery because that was what I needed, she carried the battery out to the car and she even supplied the tools. Her dad was going to help us but my boyfriend was like it's ok but the thought it was offered was great. Tika told me to take the tools and just bring them back. I haven't brought them back yet but I'm on my way. I don't want her to think I can't keep my word. But I just want to say that this Auto Zone experience was a great one. Tika is the best and a wonderful person, I will drive all the way over there to go to that store and deal with her and I live in college park off Riverdale Rd. So go and experience Tika if you are fortunate too. You won't regret it. Tika I'm coming back with the tools don't worry. Lol”

“I'm joining the Chain Gang!!. Milan has always given what I have come to know as the minimum standard of great customer service. What I realized is that Milan offers a Superior Level of Customer Experience. His Saturday team members showed me that the EXPERIENCE that Milan has been providing me since 2017 has been WORLD CLASS. His peers showed that there is a difference. Unfortunately in Milan's absence, the Saturday crew lost a long term customer. With an 11yr old car...who goes to the dealership for oil change?. I do, for the Superior Service and Experience Milan provides. His peers showed that the Experience isn't a requirement, it's HIS choice and I thank Milan for it. Milan should indeed share what he does different. The different schemes that were attempted disturbed me because I recognize the "sales aspect" of maintenance but not the trickery involved. The rep asked how was his service on Saturday. It was the level you set for yourself sir and its subpar to the standard of excellence Milan provides. I'll join the chain gang and get a 5min oil change where service might be comparable to what I received 4/6/2024. MILAN, Infinity has a gem in you. Enjoy your time off but they NEED you in the Infinity store in Doraville!!”

“Quality of products are amazing! I upgraded my truck's headlights to LED 3 years ago. The bulbs that the customer service rep suggested for my truck were incredible and lasted a long time.
I did have to replace them recently and the customer service rep (Abby) helped me out a ton with product information and order details. the videos avaialable on their website are incredibly helpful as well!

“When I said Chris Floyd went well beyond to help me out of a bind, I am not over exaggerating! My battery in my car died on me on a Sunday evening when every car repair shop was closed. I happen to call that store location because it occurred over in the same area. Professional, courteous and helped me out of a real bind! I told him what occurred and he gave me his thoughts (in saying it sounded like the battery died). Due to the time of the day it was and me not wanting to leave my car and having no where to have it towed, he offered to bring over the battery I ordered from the store he is at once the store closed. Not only did he bring it, but he removed old one and replaced the new one for me. The negative side of the battery was corroded and is a while to detach terminal from old battery (he did most of the work). To run across an employee there who understood my predicament with it being Sunday evening and going out of his way—- well speaks volumes of his character and what a valuable employee he must be for AutoZone!”

They do what they do *extremely* well. This isn't autozone lol it's significantly better.”
