Caution to all-read their return policy very carefully prior to making any purchases! This company has an antiquated return policy where they charge at least a 15% re-stocking fee, fees for outbound shipping of return products, etc. This is AFTER you submit an email request to return your product and wait for shipping instructions. In my experience, I had to specifically state in said email why I was returning the product and provide justification for the return. For those of you accustomed to an easy online return process, full refunds, peace of mind in knowing that if you don’t like an online product you’ve never seen in person for whatever reason after receiving it, you can return it (basically, the overall convenience of ordering products online), I would highly caution against making purchases with this company. I made a critical error in not drilling down and reading their return policy fine print and made a quick purchase decision just assuming it wouldn’t be a problem should I have a need to return my product. Buyer beware-I will not be doing business with this company again after my experience.

I am so impressed with AuthenTEAK’s customer service. I was looking for a replacement canopy for my outdoor umbrella. I was a little nervous purchasing it online from a company I didn’t know. Their online price was unbeatable. They quickly answered my questions by telephone. I couldn’t believe it when my canopy was delivered 3 days later. I’m so happy I discovered AuthenTEAK.

We have bought several things from AuthenTEAK over the years, and have been very satisfied with the products and the service. Today took it to a new level. We had a question about an older order, and Ashley in Customer Service went above and beyond helping to sort it out for us...and the fact is, the issue was ours all along. She was incredibly helpful, courteous and friendly. I would highly recommend AuthenTeak.

Fantastic communication from Damon and Eric! Honest every step along the way. They allowed splitting our custom order cost until it was ready to ship. Shipping timeframe was spot on. Did I want it sooner than EDD? Yes. Was it worth the wait? 100 percent Yes. Kingsley Bate Westport is very well constructed. You truly get what you pay for. Wife and I were tired of buying cheap, disposable stuff. It’s better looking in person than the online photos. More than one reason you rarely see used Kingsley Bate for sale anywhere.

Company has outstanding customer service and stands behind their products. Our fireplace tools arrived damaged and within 48 hours, we had a new set of tools on our doorstep in perfect condition. They are beautiful and are a perfect fit for our home. A big shout out to Ashley for her incredible customer service!

Great customer service! I had ordered replacement cushions for a Kingsley Bate patio set, but two of them had been incorrectly manufactured and the front seam split open less than a year after purchase. Unfortunately I delayed contacting AuthenTeak until 2 weeks after the warranty had expired. Kingsley Bate tried everything to get out of replacing them, including accusing us of mistreating the cushions, but AuthenTeak went to bat for us and after much back and forth were able to get KB to stand behind their product and replace the cushions. Thanks AuthenTeak!

I purchased an expensive Treasure Garden cantilevered umbrella from Shae over two years ago. We love the umbrella and use it all summer as it shades our pool. Unfortunately a gust of wind recently hit it and broke a part. I emailed Shae and she not only remembered me but arranged to have a replacement part sent directly to me from the manufacturer at no charge. She was great to work with at the point of sale and also came through with great customer service when I needed it. I would highly recommend this company as well as this particular sales associate.

In searching for an 11" patio umbrella I discovered AuthenTEAK. What an amazing process. Their video showed me how to remove my umbrella from the damaged frame. They had exacty the right size frame and color. Ordering was a breeze. They get customer service too. Ashley was helpful and followed up with a FedEx hiccup. We are thrilled to have our patio umbrella back. We would highly recommend doing business with AuthenTEAK.

This is a wonderful company to work with. Good pricing and free shipping. I had an issue with a wrong item shipped to me from one of their suppliers. I sent a message to them on a Saturday, knowing they were closed. I immediately got a call back and was informed they would do their best to correct it on Monday. They worked with me and their supplier. The issue was corrected very quickly. Highly recommend this company and I will defiantly do more business with them in the future.
