Chris Lee in the service department is a true professional. I endured the longer drive and traffic to avoid Audi of South Atlanta and I have no regrets choosing Audi of Atlanta. I will continue to make the longer to this service department if I need service again. This is the kind of customer service you expect from Audi. Once again all the praise and thanks to Chris Lee of their service department.

In 2021, I purchased a 2018 Certified Pre-Owned 2018 Audi A4. I started noticing some odd "bubbling" at the beginning of this year. it looked like sap but there wasn't any way sap was getting on the car. I took the car in an was told not their problem. $1,400 later and out of my own pocket, I was told that there was improper repainting done on my car, and chemicals not properly applied was the reason for the damage. Do not buy a car from this place unless you are buying brand new, and even then, I don't think I would trust these guys.

Purchased 2 cars from this dealer. Sales and finance team are top notch. Make the process as easy as can be with not hidden agendas or bait and switch.

If you are looking for the best customer service and experience, ask for Kha. Really the whole place you can tell has a high standard for customer care. Kha cared to get to know me and what my specific wants were. He talked about his family and it was no pressure experience. I didn’t end up going with Audi but it was due to budget and m changing directions for what I wanted in a car. Kha followed up with me and even gave me options for other brands they could get but I changed my mind. Out of every single dealership, I have been to in the past 10 years this one was the best And that is thanks to Kha. Kha even followed up a month later to make sure I was still taken care of. Very nice experience from beginning to end - they found the vehicle I wanted. They priced it correctly. The service and experience was what you would expect from a 50 year old, family owned dealership. Very well managed and didn't have to wait too long to have deal executed. **Gus (salesman) - quite knowledgeable and helpful. Young, but knows his stuff. If you have a choice, as for Gus. Great kid.

Gerry provided fantastic service and was extremely knowledgeable and helpful throughout the buying process. Audi Atlanta Magna Society exceeded our expectations on customer service overall. We got in touch through telephone exchange for our deal (call & text), which they were prompt with and straight. They sticked to the offer they made throughout our conversations prior our visit. Invoice clear, straitght to the point, without unnecesary or "weird" fees. The auto was neat and ready upon our arrival as well. The facility and accomodations are pleasant and inviting.
Zoe, Mike and Mr. Wolff were wonderful to us. Thank you, guys, for providing a professional service at all times. Thank you for making of this experience a pleasant one. Audi Atlanta Magna Society is the first dealership in our list for future businesses.
