I recently visited the AP boutique at Lenox Square and had a fantastic experience. Bjorn is an extremely knowledgeable, warm, and personable client advisor. He was able to show me several display models and advise me on which style and size of watch would best suit my needs. Given the high quality of their timepieces, one anticipated a high level of service, and Bjorn certainly exceeded my expectations with his ability to connect with the client in a sophisticatedly professional yet supportive manner. Looking forward to future visits to this amazing boutique.

Love this cute AP boutique at Lenox Square, I was greeted by a my sales professional Serefina and her director Neenah, both very friendly, professional and knowledgeable of the brand. AP as one of the top leader in watch making also hire some nice people to represent them, I would highly recommend them if you are in the market for a timepiece.

Best sales representative, best watch brand and best service among all. My sales Serefina was extremely patient, introduced and helped me with the protection for my old pieces, took photos and walked me through the process. I wasn’t expecting such high level service after a sale was made. It’s truly a high end service throughout the process. High recommended!!!!

This is the best experience I had with a Audemars Piguet Boutique. Chandra was really nice with her heartwarming conversation and professional service. I've been to multiple AP in the states and never had this level of experience. Definitely recommend watch enthusiast to visit and start a journey there.

Couple years ago, I revisit this boutique and I was helped by Asiya. Asiya, she was very professional and explains to me about different timepieces offer by Audemars Piguet. At this point I just started my watch journey but my dad he just fall in love with the royal oak collection. Asiya, she’s patiently help me and trying to figure out which pieces I need to add to my list to surprises my dad. After learning more about AP and all beautiful pieces it offers, I would always swing by and check in at the boutique. I was grateful that I was able to reconnect with Asiya and explains to her about my passion and finding a timepiece for myself as well. Every time I stopped by the boutique and if Asiya she’s not there, she would always reach out the next day and check in and see if there’s any thing she can help me with. Asiya, she pay great attention to detail and her level of professionism goes above and beyond. I cannot explain how happy I am to become part of the AP family. I've stopped by the AP boutique in Atlanta a few times and always find it to be a pleasant experience and welcoming atmosphere. Bjorn is a connsumate professional and knowledgable about the brand. I've intereacted with many sales associates, and Bjorn is top. The boutique had a few display watches to see person which was nice given their rarity. They even had a few vintage and neo vintage please pieces which were incredible. Looking forward to owning one of these impressive watches someday!

Unbelievable experience. I left a review early last year (below) for the best, Asiya. Last week I received the wonderful news that a watch Arrived for me. I am so grateful for the opportunity of owning an AP. But truly, beyond that, for people like Asiya. It’s extremely difficult to come across people like her. She’s life giving, attentive to detail, kind, respectful, and treated me like a friend.Even if she didn’t help me get a watch, I could honestly say from the bottom of my heart, thank you for such great customer service. Here are some pictures celebrating a massive milestone and the review from last year…2022:I just had such a life giving conversation with Asiya! I’ve had such a difficult time trying to at least begin a relationship with an AP boutique, but Asiya went above and beyond. Even if we don’t ever do business together I am very satisfied with the conversation that we had, I wish her and the rest of the team many blessings.

Have few watches from rolex, omega and cartier but I have never felt the feeling that i had with an AP on my wrist that PAUL YU let me try on. Let me tell you the story of how my experience with him and the store in general. I walked in dressing as casual as I could be just hanging out with my wife and daughters. Paul greeted me with a very warm smilling face and expressed his professionalism toward me doesnt matter how I dress. We shared stories chatting about my background, watches that i own and want. I told him my concern that my wrist is small and i dont have any idea how an AP will fit on me, he paused for a second and told me just to wait, walking back to their storage room and bringing out an OFFSHORE 43mm and let me try on. OMG was what i wanted to scream out as i dont even think if i could be able to try on one. Eventhough its on the bigger size but stay great on my wrist. Thanks to Paul i know more about AP and skipped my appointment at Rolex right next door as the experience was so unique and different. Now im so into AP and will patiently wait on one. Thanks again for the experience and thoughtfull advice Paul!
