They have bad business ethics. If they don’t let you try on whatever you think about purchasing Don’t buy it..

Store’s hours are listed as 11 am to 7 pm Monday through Saturday. I drove all the way from Chattanooga to see what sprayground bags they had in stock. I arrived at 6:40 and they were closed, no one inside to be seen. I tried calling them multiple times and no one answered. I will take off my bad review if they actually return my voicemail and remedy the situation.

This store is a godsend, all the clothing is the best of the best when it comes to street wear. Prices range from around 30-200$ so you it’s in the middle price range. I come all the time and because it’s the only store if it’s kind a very small amount of people will have what you buy in that store.

I went to the Attach shop (Cumberland mall) on 11/24/19 to buy a black leather jacket. First of all, unprofessionally, the lady on duty as teller did not say “hello”, “welcome” or anything of that sort to usher a new client as i was in. Immediately I entered the shop, I found a nice looking black jacket hanging on the male side of the store, something more like what I had been wanting to buy. I quickly called the young lady working as teller to show me the fitting room to try it on. She showed me the fitting room and I tried it on and it fitted perfectly so I decided to purchase it. When I walked up to the teller’s desk with my newly found black jacket ready to make a purchase, I handed it over to her to scan it and go ahead with the other processes. She immediately called her other colleague, a gentleman who I presume was either her supervisor or at least, someone who was more experienced working at the shop than she was. He came and she drew his attention to the jacket. She lifted the jacket up and flipped it around pointing something to him and they both used sign language to communicate. Immediately they were done, the lady gave me the net price of the jacket. I inserted my card into the register and purchased the jacket. I continued my walk around the mall only to find a slightly better deal at the Buckle shop on the top floor. I decided to return the jacket I bought from the Attach shop for obvious reasons. The jacket I bought at Attach was $126 and the other was $106, both after taxes. Immediately I got back to the Attach shop, the gentleman I had met earlier on pulled up the obvious. A sign that said clothes bought at the shop were non refundable but rather only exchangeable. At that point, I was so disappointed and upset but I did not show it too much because it was my fault. Maybe I should have read the sign before i started shopping. To make matters worse, i did not really find anything in the shop that day worth exchanging. I had set off that day to buy a black leather jacket and nothing else. I had to let it go. I drove back home only to find out that the jacket was also a female jacket- double jeopardy. My humble question is that, Why would a male jacket be mixed with female jackets? This is not acceptable. I also feel both the teller and the other gentleman knew about it. That was why they used the sign language after flipping the jacket around when i got to the counter. This is ‘consumer non- satisfaction.’

The staff should be more attentive to their customers. I left without making any purchases because the girl who was working in the store was busy in her phone and entertaining a guy that was in the store. Would give zero stars if it was an option. I hope she was not a manager because she needs customer service training.

Quality of clothing sucks. Clothes are overpriced. I saw a pair of pants i wanted but they were the last pair. However, they had ink all over them. I asked if they would discount them and they said no we will just send them back... ok fine... i decided not to get them. I went to pay for my other items and they didn't take credit... cash or debit only. I said never mind and left. What store in a mall doesn't take credit??? Ghetto store. Dont shop here.
