When I first came in they asked me to review so I gave them 5 stars that was before I knew how unprofessional they were so disappointed because I was excited for my grills but once I even received them I’m not satisfied. When I was fitted they told me it will be 3-5 business days it took 2 weeks and I hate having to reach out for my product after I’ve paid. I needed another set for my top but I rather go somewhere where my time and money is valued.This is a response to your comment. That was not discussed in person what was discussed verbally to me is that it will be 3-5 business days so no matter what I signed the communication was lacked on your end respectfully.

These dudes is the Janky Promoters of Atlanta Jewerly. They google reviews are fake, they’re not credited by the BBB due to bad business practices and not responding to complaints. They don’t answer the phone after you pay I had to find their personal numbers to even get somebody to answer and lie to me everytime. They think they can scam people from out of town but I got trick for em. Been waiting 7 months for my teeth and they still playin. Keep your receipt cuz you gone need it as proof of payment after they try to gank you. My claim paperwork being processed as we speak.!!!!

Potential buyer beware. Please do your research.I can only speak from my experience.I brought my 8 yr old son to this location mid dec 2023 to get a grill for his birthday. We were initially told via text he cld get bottoms, upon arrival we were told otherwise. If I knew what I know now, I wld have left. So the guy with dreads assisted us, and upon payment he was adamant about me paying with paypal or venmo. I urge you please don't pay with these options use credit. I was given a 2 week turnaround, when I reached out for an update, unfortunately I have been given the runaround. They dnt respond by phone only text, and that's if they even respond at all. They literally tried to scam me, thank goodness for BACKCHARGING. If you are from out of town, don't even consider this place because they will take advantage. The bad reviews on here are real, and they are also banned from the BBB, that should say alot.Update response to owner: you are a liar trying to save face. You are unprofessional, and don't follow through with business. No my son did not get his grill, but I got my money back by disputing you fraud. I paid with credit, smarty. So step off your response is false and irrelevant.I DO NOT RECOMMEND, THEY DOWNPLAY EVERYONE WHO GIVES THEM A BAD REVIEW.
