This company is terrible and should not be used to facilitate moves. A significant amount of my items were lost and damaged and after making me waste months of time going back and forth with them they offered me less than 1/5 of the value to replace my items.

I had the BEST relocation experience. My account rep, pack/load team and deliver and unpack team were all professional and timely. I wish I could hire them to organize other parts of my life ! Highly recommend using them. Goods arrived in perfect condition and they were gentle with my things.

I wish to extend my appreciation to Atlantic Relocation (Tucker office), specifically to John, for their assistance. I am truly grateful for the exceptional customer service they offered, their prompt responsiveness, and their help in resolving all my queries.

I needed help moving from a one-bedroom apt to another one here in town. Atlantic Relocation Systems gave me a price that was lower than others in the area. They also assisted me with even packing the remaining items I had left that I was going to do myself the next day. Finally, Heath and his main man Tommy were friendly & efficient (also note that Tommy went far above & beyond as well - thank you again Tommy!). They take care of your stuff and get it all to your new place quickly. And while I'm not interested in doing another move soon (whew!), I would not hesitate to use ARS again. Highly recommended!

Do NOT contract with this company. Unprofessional, unresponsive to the point of LYING during the 6 months-long process of recovering for lost, broken items. Worst experience moving in more than 12 moves over the last 40 years.

WARNING - NEVER do business with this company! They deserve only the worst possible negative rating. I could write a book about my nightmare experience with Atlantic Relocation Systems and what a huge mistake it was to use them for the overseas shipment of my household goods. You can see my ****** review posted on ****** and Yelp reviews. Bottom line - youd be better off renting a truck, a train and/or a boat to handle your shipping needs yourself rather than dealing with this incompetent and deceitful company. I hope this review helps others avoid the horrific experience I had with Atlantic.

Part 1WARNING - NEVER do business with this company! They deserve only the worst possible negative rating. I could write a book about my nightmare experience with Atlantic Relocation Systems (“Atlantic”) and what a huge mistake it was to use them for the overseas shipment of my household goods. Given the space limitations for this review, I’ll provide only a very brief overview of the bait-and-switch tactics Atlantic used on me. It all began with their salesman - Andy Orlin. He came to my storage unit in Georgia where all the items for overseas shipment were located and visible for his inspection. He made a persuasive sales pitch about Atlantic’s alleged great shipping business connections and his personal expertise. Much of what he said turned about to be demonstrably false. But by the time I was able to discover Orlin’s many misrepresentations, it was too late to use another shipper as Atlantic had my belongings in their possession. For example, his “expert” estimate and initial contract price for the complete process was 15% lower than the actual amount I was ultimately billed. He also misrepresented the size of the shipping container that Atlantic would use (he said 20' but they apparently used a 40') which lead to me giving away many valuable items and furnishings I would have otherwise kept and included in the shipment. Another huge misrepresentation - Orlin’s promised delivery date was off by almost 4 months! But once they have your belongings, there’s no turning back - you’re stuck with being another victim of Atlantic’s deceptive business practices. Very soon after Atlantic took my items, Orlin began a series of excuses about delayed delivery (all due he said to Covid and other transportation issues despite his original assurances that delivery would be completed in approx. 4 weeks and be unaffected by Covid). Orlin also began sending me a number of “updates” in attempt to justify the delays and insisting that I would have to pay even more money, despite my having paid 100% of Atlantic’s total price up front as they required. Remember, the price I’d already paid had increased 15% over Orlin’s false “estimate” and Atlantic’s initial contract. When I challenged Orlin’s assertions that I would have to pay Atlantic even more money, Atlantic unilaterally and without any prior notice or authorization charged my credit card (using the card number I provided to pay the entire contract cost up front) an additional approximate 6.5% over the escalated price I’d already paid. After my detailed objections to Atlantic’s improper use of my credit card and my threat to sue them on a variety of counts, Atlantic refunded the illegitimate credit card charge.Incredibly, I then received a money demand from Atlantic’s delivery subcontractor in the country of final destination (an outfit named Trallero - whom I’d never heard of and with whom I had no contract). Trallero insisted that I pay them directly (per instructions from Orlin) despite Atlantic’s written contract that it’s charges included door-to-door delivery. Orlin then directed Trallero to stop the delivery of my property until I paid Trallero directly for the fees apparently owed to it by Atlantic. As would be expected, I immediately notified Orlin that Atlantic must pay all fees to Trallero as I had no obligation to pay, and no contractual relationship with, any of Atlantic’s subcontractors. Orlin’s response was like that of a guilty child - he blocked any further communications from me. As a result, I then had to correspond only with Atlantic’s attorneys. I informed them that I was ready to file a multi-count lawsuit to hold Atlantic fully liable for the breach of its contractual obligations, its bad faith conduct and fraudulent business practices, and the recovery of all fees and costs incurred by me in enforcing their obligations. Following the attorneys brief and legally unpersuasive attempt to justify Atlantic’s actions, the attorneys quickly reversed their position and agreed to reimburse me for the full amount ($1820) I’d been coerced to pay Trallero.

We received outstanding service getting the bid and setting up the move. The bid was competitive. The driver and movers were professionals who took every precaution to safeguard our stuff, and they worked quickly and efficiently. Everything went smoothly and according to plan. This is actually the second time we have used them (we had a similar very positive experience many years ago). I highly recommend Atlantic Relocation Systems.

Professional, energetic, and respectful crew. They treated my items as if it was their own. Thank you for a job well done.

The only reason I’m giving 2 stars is because everything was good until Accounting tried to charge me more than my estimate twice. Nicki from accounting is completely dishonest and absolutely horrible. She tried to blame the mistake in estimate and my moving coordinator for her trying to charge more than I agreed. She absolutely cannot be trusted for anything that she says. She cites laws and regulations to try and validate her dishonesty. Because of her I wouldn’t use this company again. Not a good team member to her company at all- only blames others

Adrian HARPER did a great job. He was nice and polite and took good care of my furniture. He was on time at both locations. Great guy!

Expensive, but really excellent at their job. I believe it was a 3 man job, but two guys showed up. 3 guys would've been quicker than the 9 hours it took to finish loading and 8 hrs to unload. Broke a few objects that should've been packed inside the truck better, but all in all a good experience.

They sub-sub-contracted the packers to some guy and his step-son. They were supposed to arrive at 6am, the day before the moving truck was to arrive, but didn’t show up. The packer contacted me at 6pm saying he needed to pickup his stepson and would arrive in a couple of hours. The following day less than a quarter of my house was packed when the truck arrived at noon. It was a complete disaster and the packing list was illegible.A couple of years later, my company contracted Atlas/Atlantic for another move. During the pre-pack out survey I shared my experience with the company rep. He said, “this wouldn’t have happened on my watch. Some people don’t care about quality.” Comically — He was the exact same guy who “managed” my previous move. The look on his face was priceless… and then they f—-ed up my second move.
