Called and spoke with Brandon about renting. He was very clear on the area and what amenities they had around the location. I've never lived in the city but now I can’t wait!

The leasing office never responds to your emails, nor do they pick up the phone. I asked them a question that I needed to know for filling out the application form, but they never replied, even though they said to email them when we talked in person on the same day. A day later, when we visited them again, they said the unit I had tried to apply for just a day before is taken by someone else, even though it was still listed online! The leasing office said there was a person who applied few days ago, then why it's still there. That's false information they're putting online.

Just submitted a lease application due to the wonderful touring experience we had at Atlantic House. Brandon especially was kind, available, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. So excited to live here!

I just finished my 2.5 year stay at Atlantic House and i could not rave about my experience anymore. It was always a welcoming place and maintained to the highest standard! The residents were all friendly and welcoming.Most importantly, the staff. From the maintenance team, cleaning, leasing team, and the front desk. I always felt welcomed and safe! Everyone knows and looks out for one another.Then there’s Brandon… Brandon played a major role in my incredible experience at Atlantic house. He always went above and beyond to make everyone feel at home. I will miss seeing Brandon at the front desk every day!

Let me tell you how perfect Atlantic House is. I lived here from July 2022 to April 2024, so almost 2 full years. I moved here right out of college and quickly signed a lease. The crystal clear communication and customer service that the leasing and maintenance teams offer is 5 stars. I've never had a frustrating problem that they couldn't immediately fix. I lived in a 2 bedroom on the 16th floor. I had water damage in my floor, a broken dishwasher, and random other broken handles. The maintenance team is so fast, efficient, and nice! They fixed the many little things we broke in our apartment, and they always had a smile on their faces. I hope my next home has a maintenance team as perfect as this one. The front desk concierge and leasing team was always happy to help with any problems I had like missing packages or lease questions. The safety is great even for being in the center of Midtown. You can't get into the building after hours unless you live there, you need a key to go in and out of the parking garage, and you can't access a floor if you don't live on that floor unless somebody lets you in. As a young post-grad 22 year old, I felt safe. Also, the location is perfect. I walked to the Whole Foods across the street so many times. There is a Starbucks, an Einstein Bagels, and a McCray's Tavern downstairs attached to the apartment building. A Marta across the street. Insomnia Cookies and bars up the street. 10 minute walk to Piedmont Park. I walked everywhere here. Also, the attention to the cleanliness and upkeep of the rooftop pool and the gym is perfect. If there was ever a problem or a mess of any kind in this building, they fixed it immediately. They just have a great system going, and I can't recommend living here enough!

So I can’t talk to living here but I am currently in the market for looking for a place to live. I walked into the leasing office because i called twice and got no answer and didn’t feel like leaving my number with 1800# I was then NOT greeted but stared at by a man in a blue sweater that I had to ask if he worked there. I proceeded to ask if there was a glitch in the system, since there was no availability to look at an apartment until next week, which seems unlikely for a business that’s trying to make money, especially a high-rise building in Midtown Atlanta. He seems frustrated when I asked and then looked at the woman who seems equally frustrated sitting at the front desk and ask if she has the calendar pulled up. “There wasn’t anything earlier “, It’s what she said there was no real feeling of community or kindness for that matter. It’s bad business. Maybe try being warm and welcoming to incoming potential residents. Just a suggestion.

I’ve lived at Atlantic House for the past year and a half, and it has been fantastic! The management, leasing office, maintenance crew, and concierge are all always attentive to any questions and needs, the amenities are perfect for what I need, and the building feels very secure. Special shout-out to Brandon and Rhonda for being the best at the front desk!

Living here was the best decision I made moving to ATL! The events they put on for our community are so much fun, and the entire staff is SO kind and helpful!!
