As someone new to the the homebuying process, I was so grateful to have Michael as my realtor - he was immensely knowledgeable, supportive, and communicative. We attended one of his New Homebuyer workshops earlier this year to learn how to prepare, and he kept following up afterwards to check on our timeline, so I knew he'd be a reliable choice. His team came with fantastic referrals to lenders and closing attorneys. He wrote a very competitive offer, and while the due diligence period happened to land on an extremely hectic week for me, he managed to keep us on track for getting everything done in a timely manner. After closing, he gave us handy and thoughtful gifts which was a super nice surprise. I highly recommend Michael and his team!

Michael was my realtor for my first home buying experience and I was SO BLESSED to have him. He made sure to listen and really get a good understanding of my style and location preferences. He shared and gave his opinions as well, which were most helpful. Michael worked to fit showings in whenever he could and was very prompt. His advice was great and very much appreciated to a newbie like me in the home market. He was very strategic when it came to building the offer, which ultimately helped me land my first little dream home. Honestly, if you are new to the home buying market and are worried about who to trust, Michael is your guy. I felt safe and like he had my best interests at heart. Lastly, he left the sweetest closing gift. I won't spoil it, but these he is truly thoughtful and values his clients. Kelly, Erika, Michael and their team at Atlanta Select Properties were amazing to work with! It took me a while to find the place that felt right for me, and they were so patient and supportive the whole way through.
