Rude and dismissive. I was hung up on halfway through describing our move. If their front office support is this bad, I can only imagine how the actual move would of gone. The person who answers the phone for any company should at the very least have SOME manners. Rude, unprofessional, and the opposite of polite. No wonder they have so many 1 star reviews.

They never showed up pickup my items for a cross country move from California to Georgia that I booked two months also, but basically had weekly calls with Joseph to keep him updated on my delivery schedule. I was left in a serious lurch because not only did they screw me and my schedule for this no-show, but the poor storage facility that held my belongings took out and then subsequently, had to re-store my crates. Luckily, the storage facility did not charge me for that. My calls to Joseph were left unanswered except for one time when i got ahold of him and he said he couldn't get ahold of his crew but he'd call me back in 15 mins. It is now two days later and I have yet to hear from Joseph for an explanation. They deserve a negative star and I'm so glad it was just my time that I lost.

I used them to move from a one bedroom apartment to a two bedroom apartment on 4/3/21. The move itself was fine. However upon arriving at my place and starting to unpack, I realized that a $200 item of mine was missing. I have been calling the company for almost two weeks to receive information. I called and texted and sent an image of what the box would have looked like. I didn't even assume they stole it, just that they may have left it at someone else's house after they helped me move my things because they had two more moves that day. The first few times I called, I was informed it wasn't in the truck or the warehouse and that the lead mover, Antwan/Antan(?), was on vacation after my move so they hadn't been able to get in contact. After waiting a week for him to come back, I was informed that they were busy at the moment and to "call back later". Imagine my surprise when now, all of my calls go to voicemail. Completely unprofessional. If no one had stolen the item, why not just try and help me locate it? I strongly suggest that you do not use their service. The quote I received was from a company with this name, however the money I sent was received by "Superior Moving Solutions Inc" so I am leaving my review in both places.

Never showed up for their appointment time. Lied that they were on the way. The next day when they could be reached lied that they didn't have us scheduled. Do not use. Would give 0 if I could. If there was an issue or mix up should have notified us.

Absolutely the worst movers anywhere. J R is as unprofessional as they come. I wouldn't let these clowns move anything of mine. The worst of the worst. Avoid at all costs!

Let me say I really really wanna leave a great review for this company they did some things really well, JR really tries to keep the crew on task, overall I would say they're like a 4 almost a 5 But here's the problem the move was a little sloppy parts were left at my old house then I had to go back and retrieve which took about three hours of my day, add last in at least I was missing at $300 item that I am sure could've gotten lost and I am without it now for the week Or 2 while they sort it out... Here is my BIG issue When an item goes missing and u have proof of purchase , as well as not being able to use said item for weeks, combined with the ( quasi ) sloppy move and the other property the movers took off my property and have made NO EFFORT TO RETURN - 15-19 moving blankets I PAID FOR IN FULL .. it spells out a lack of will cooperation to solve problems ... again actions not words solve poorly provided services .... TAKE YOUR BUISNESS TO MORE HONEST SERVICE PROVIDER

When I first spoke to regarding my move with your company Pro Atlanta Movers, I asked you to send 4 MEN that could move heavy furniture. I also told you that I needed them to disassemble and assemble my furniture as well as my table. I specifically asked you not to send me anyone young and I clearly stated that I wanted PROFESSIONALS to handle my move. You assured me that you will send me 4 professional movers that are grown men, professional and that could assemble and disassemble my furniture. You said it would take no more than 6 hours. You also stated that you would wrap my furniture with moving covers and plastic wrap. " everything would be protected" you said. I explained to you that I had antique pieces, a new upright freezer, a glass dining antique table etc. We went over EVERYTHING THAT I HAD.You even asked me if my furniture was on the IKEA side or the Haverty's side and I told you my furniture cost more that both stores combined. I said, I didn't want to over 6 hours, my last movers did it in 4 1/2hrs so it shouldn't take that long being that I didn't have much furniture to begin with. I paid a deposit on 5/27/2020 for $139 (to you, your company "Ceaser Moving"/4040.935.2244). My move was supposed to start at 9am but they arrived at 9:45am in a "Atlanta Peach Movers" orange and white truck. Throughout the packing of the truck, the movers were arguing outside about who packed the truck wrong etc... I kept telling them that we should be moving instead of outside arguing because we only have 6 hours and we still need to get to the new house and unload and assemble the furniture etc... I made it very clear to them that I wanted to get moving because I didn't want to go over 6 hours. One of your movers started to disassemble the table and stopped because it was time consuming. Your business partner Desmond wasn't there at the time because he left to go to another appointment. When he came back, he decided to wrap the table, with the glass still attached. I asked him to take the table apart and I was going to transport the glass in my car so it wouldn't get broken. He promised me that it wouldn't get broken and asked me to just trust him. He said if anything happens to it, its on him. They proceeded to wrap the table up and pack it in the truck. Mind you, they left a HUGE box off trash on the lawn from the move that they had from the previous day. And still left some things at the old house that I had to transport myself in my car 2 days after. So no, they did not move everything! We arrive at the new house and they were rushing to get things in the house. One of your workers fell off of the truck and broke a lot of my CD's (that was my masters), threw them in the box and kept going. At this time Desmond along with the others were carrying my table in the house. I TOLD THEM NOT TO LIFT THE TABLE BY THE GLASS. Professionals would automatically know that. Desmond grabbed the glass and guess what? He broke it! He said that he would get the glass replaced. He took the 2 glass pieces and left the house to look for a glass company that could make me another glass circle to fit my table. He came back with a receipt and gave it to me. He said it would be ready in a week. I called the glass company. They told me that they had explained to him (Desmond) that the glass could not be replicated. They also told him that the most they could do is make a glass circle but its attached to a metal piece that sticks to the glass via a clear UV gel and they do not have the equipment to handle it. It would be very hard to find someone that can replicate it without scratching up the metal. She said he took both pieces back and paid $74.27 for a piece of round glass. I brought an extra so they can see what my glass should look like. Since they cut the glass too big, they had to send it out to recut another piece. Question Desmond: Why didn't you tell me that you couldn't get it done? Why did you not give me back the glass that you broke? Where is it? I pai

If you want movers who are unreliable and steal, these guys are for you! They were so late I had to reschedule for the next day. The next day they moved my stuff and stole my new wireless router. Reached out to the owner who didn't care to return my call.

WORST moving experience of my life! I was moving out of a 1 bdrm apartment with only a sectional, a queen bedroom set and boxes. All other furniture was sold. It took 3 men 7 hours to move these few items. That's not the worst part. The worst part is that these men destroyed my never lived in, brand new home. This house took 6 months to build and they ruined it within minutes. They took no care in moving my items and were complete idiots. Instead of taking my master bedroom door off the hinges, they forced my couch in it (for a sitting room), without taking the legs off, causing them to crumble with exposed nails and continued to push, causing the nails to ruin the door. When I contacted JR to explain my horror, I was not even met with an apology or any compassion. I told him I wanted a complete refund and the damages fixed and he said he thought it was reasonable to charge me 7 hours because his men take more care than a self move. I have moved across the country from LA to Atlanta by myself and didn't have these issues. My sister and I have moved by ourselves and didn't touch a wall. He needs to take accountability for hiring these incompetent men and make restitution. He had his "contractor" call me and offer to make it look brand new. I don't want it to look brand new, I want it brand new just like it was before your company destroyed it. I got a call from a guy and when I asked about his licensure and bonding, I was told to look it up myself. No way was I allowing this guy to step foot in my home. Additionally, Facebook sent me a suggested friend of this guy and his company is Money in da hat productions. Are you kidding me? This is who you were going to have come fix my house. I contacted the builder to have him come fix the damages but my couch (originally purchased for $2500 is ruined). What can I do with a couch that has no legs? I asked for $700 which I find very reasonable considering the damage. I had to replace 2 doors, each costing $300. Also, while my niece was spending the night in the guest room, the bed collapsed that they put together. Complete and utter disaster!

I can't say enough about how wonderful Robert and his team did with our move this week. They were on time, efficient, and moved everything perfectly! This was the best move I ever had from making the appointment until they pulled off after the unload. The price of the move made things even better! I have found my movers as long as we live in Atlanta!

This is the first time I hired a moving service and 1) I'll never go back to moving myself and 2) I will definitely call Atlanta PRO Moving Services again. Robert and his team made our move quick and easy. They wrapped all our furniture and within no time loaded everything into the truck. They always kept us updated on how long they expected the move to take. Robert and his team were extremely hard workers, very friendly, and were a huge part in making our new place amazing. Thank you!
