DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! If I could give no stars I would. This business can hardly be called a business! Complete and utter incompetence. I have scheduled 5 times for a pick up of equipment before and after my relative passed away, each time they promised a window of time for pickup as well as a call when the driver was enroute. Not once has anyone called or shown up for the pick up. Each time I called they tell me it wasn't on the schedule, absolutely unacceptable! I've spoken to 5 different staff members and each one of them have promised but no results! I asked for the managers contact info, Scott Simpson, I asked when the next time he would be in the office the response: " It's hard to tell, whenever he shows up that's when he in". Needless to say, I'll be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau!

I wanted to give 0 stars. My husband passed away in May. We had a wheelchair that was picked up accidentally by the medical supply company we used for his bed, oxygen and concentrator, etc.. Once I realize this and called the man, I will withhold his name for now, I spoke with had no compassion at all. He was irritated, he made me cry when he said . “We are out a wheelchair and you will be billed for it.” I lost my husband and he is worried about a wheelchair. For the past several months I have tried to locate the wheelchair But have had no luck. I indeed have been billed for the wheelchair. Someone like this man should not be working for a company that at times deals with loss of life. No compassion and gives the company a bad name.

This is a racist medical supply store just like to over price and tell lies it would be a cold day in hell if i would buy any thing out of this store waste my time trying to con me out of money that don't need to be spent horrible place to shop.

Stuart gave me a hard time because I wanted to have two tanks of oxygen after we had a power outage for 18 hours in Roswell.

If I could give negative stars I would. They never delivered when they said they would. It wasn’t until I got our nursing home provider to email, they took me seriously. Considering my mother needed oxygen, that’s just not something she could have survived without. She unfortunately passed in March. It’s July and I am still getting invoices despite repeated calls and emails. They picked up their equipment in March.

This is a predatory business. They "mis-filed" my grandmother's payment and sent her a new bill. If I hadn't intervened, Alex would've just had her keep on paying something she didn't owe. They also refuse to pick up the oxygen, but of course she still got billed for the four months she was begging them to come pick it up. And as a cherry on top, Alex is an intensely rude and unpleasant and difficult individual. He is preying on the sick and elderly. DO NOT let you loved ones accept equipment from this despicable and horrible business. They only get one star because zero isn't an option. Terrible

This place is not professional at all. I’ve called and called the the lady that’s answering the keeps hanging up on I’m trying to get info about my tanks. They must have a caller id cause they don’t answer so when I call from a different number she answers and then hangs up. I’m just hope I don’t have a mishap and need oxygen and this lady isn’t doing her JOB. Plus I’ll be doing a formal complaint.

The most inefficient people I've run across, work for this company. They jack up the prices of poor equipment and keep sending bills for things already paid for. I hope all elderly on Medicare have someone they trust to look over bills before they're paid or else our Seniors would be ripped off. Billing only works afternoons too, what a cushy job! Smh. Don't do business with them.

I used this company for their equipment to support my mother. I have left messages for Alex and others in reference to billing. This company has been negligent in responding and continues to bill when their equipment was returned in August 2022. The staff turnover at the company is ongoing but Alex in billing has been the staple and yet he doesn't respond. This populates to 1.6 it is actually less than one for their lack of customer service and professionalism.

They could not remember taking back a wheelchair from us. If they had correct records things could have went smoothly. Part my fault also for getting places confused. But very poor record keeping on their part.

Called about breathing machine, although they just received the order, I was told it would have to wait until Monday and stated that they cost that much I should be able to get one. No compassion for customer.

Absolutely one of the worst customer services experiences I've ever had. Amazing they still have a business if that's what you can call it.
