As an Ambassador Elite I stay at many hotels and this property has some of the best customer service I have ever experienced. Justin at the front desk addressed an issue for me in a very professional manner. He resolved the issue quickly and was very helpful. With his many stays as I do coming across an excellent employee like Justin is always very nice. Great job Justin!

Great location as Perimeter Mall is about five minutes away if not less. There are plenty of restaurants and eateries nearby. The mall and a shopping center with Nordstrom Rack and Marshall. So many options in the area. The staff were friendly. The king bed room is a little small, but overall its a Nice, clean hotel. The pool looked nice but we didn't get in. I would certainly stay again.

I sincerely enjoyed my stay because of Monica. She made my few days there feel like I was on a true vacation. She was kind, professional and all around a kind spirit. Because of her no matter where I travel in the world I will stay at Marriott.Food & drinks: The bartender was great and the food was excellent.

Charmaine the night bartender is fabulous. We have stayed at this hotel many times. She makes great drinks. The main thing is that she is kind and fun. She can read her guests. She offers a respite when I am traveling and the situation is hard.

The staff were great. Management seems unbearable and slimey.Couldn't use microwave and kuereg at the same time without the power shutting off, and our TV wouldn't connect to the wifi. Small things that weren't too big of an issue since we just stayed a night, but annoying non the less.The room itself was nice and clean. Staff here is friendly.

It's a business marriott you know what you're getting .... A bit older and must be due a face-lift but everything is fine. Front desk staff are ultra friendly.

I loved my stay. The Lounge was a great way to relax in down time and the snacks were wonderful. Joyce White made the lounge stay wonderful and answered all my questions. Will certainly come back next time I’m in Atlanta.

I just arrived but Monica at the front desk was extremely friendly and helpful. The atmosphere and vibe are nice. The room is clean and smelled good upon entering. So far so good. Hopefully the rest of the stay lives up to the first impression.

The staff was amazing, especially MeskiThe food was excellent. Best salmon sandwich I ever had! The coffee in the lobby each morning was inviting and appreciatedThe elevators are scary and old. So if you have a fear, beware. And it would be nice if they offered the free flavored water in the lobby like the other hotels.

Just checked out of the hotel. We ordered room service last night and the meal was stone cold. We told reception this morning and we were told that is because a lot of people ordered food.Food & drinks: See comments above regarding cold food.Noteworthy details: Cold food from room service.

This is our third stay at this hotel and our experience has always been fantastic. All the staff is helpful and friendly. Especially Sandra who really made us feel welcomed.
