Last year I went here for advice about a watch that I inherited from my father. Though they couldn’t help me directly, they were nice and advised me on pretty clear options. While I was there they showed me around their nice showroom and we had a chance to talk about watches. These are true enthusiasts. Fast forward a year later, that kind and cordial treatment led me back to them to purchase a two tone Rolex submariner. They were fair and easy to work with. And gave me a great deal! This won’t be my last time. Also to be transparent, I went to Swiss watch expo and ice box before I went to them. Most other stores make it so hard to get a Rolex. Appointment and waits. And most of the sales people have no idea about the watches. This is the opposite at ALWJ. I highly recommend them! Thank you ALWJ!

I needed my watch resized and was met with amazing and knowledgeable service. The staff were so welcoming. Not to mention the jewelry selection they had…beautiful! I also learned that they make jewelry in-store. I definitely will be coming back for my next jewelry piece. Thank you again!

This place is run by some very warm and friendly folks. They have a passion for watches and make you feel very welcome. They have a fine selection of pre-owned watches as well as new watches.
My wife recently had her 10 year old watch polished by them and they made it look like brand new, at a very reasonable price. They also have a in house Swiss trained expert to service watches at very reasonable rates.
We will be back for future needs.

Everything was cool wit purchases of rolex date just was told at time of purchases that would be able to sale watch back at any time if necessary but when that time came first I was told that they don't buy watches wit bands in that condition then I told them I bought it from them exact condition then it was oh they not buying rolex watches rite now they take it on consignment just feel like they sold me something that they was like sucker cause why they won't take it back in not too mention i called on Sat came in on Wed but they not buying now
