I HIGHLY recommend this very reputable business. After being charged hundreds of dollars by the mechanics at Toyota Dealership to tell me they don't know what it is, Atlanta Hybrid Repair immediately identified and repaired the source of issues that I was experiencing with my vehicle. The service was reasonably priced and the service was friendly, professional, and timely.

Extremely honest shop and helped figure out my prius issue that the dealer couldnt figure out and recommended $4000 worth of work, they found a short and got me out for under a couple hundred. They are extremely busy so make sure you call to check up on status, but other than that they are the best

Took prius there and got my catalytic converter stolen while car was in there possession and had to pay for half after negotiating with them. They didn’t want to pay anything towards it. I paid over $300 for them to inspect, and didn’t even hire them for the work to put in a new hybrid battery bc it would have been $4500. Highly recommend you go anywhere else if you have hybrid car bc they only had one hybrid tech. If you have an issue with your prius hybrid battery they will just tell you you need a new one for $4500 bc they don’t do any repairs on them. So save your $ and just assume you need a new hybrid battery or find someone else that knows more about prii. It took two weeks to inspect bc I told them to take their time bc it was second vehicle, and it was during COVID shutdown. It seemed like it was no issue to leave it there until a convenient time for me to pick up. In their defense I left it there for a month before picking up after that initial two weeks, and that’s why they didn’t want to pay for the stolen catalytic converter. Regardless of my bad experience I do think you can find someone better if you have a hybrid.

Felt like they played meFirst time I went they talked up how great my old car was and I should invest thousands in a big repair cause it would run forever. Couple months later had more trouble with the car and they changed their tune to "what's the sentimental value here? Why are you even keeping this car?" ?♂️

My Issue with this place is they Advertise Hybrids Professional, But what they are not saying is they only fix on Toyota's and LexLeHybrid! False Advertising!!! I can understand you only want to fix on Toyota's Engine, because that is the type of motor in Lexis

These guys are great. I've been taking my cars to them since before Atlanta Hybrid Repair existed when I had my trusty lil Corolla. You get dealer level knowledge and experience for a fraction of the price. It's a bonus that the people here are very nice too.

The team was able to get me in quickly. They provided a thorough pre-purchase inspection and to provide with the technical advice I needed to make my decision. The cost was much less than I expected or what others are charging. I will return when work is required and I will recommend them to friends. Great job!

I cannot recommend them enough.2/1/2020 I went this week for my oil change & was- as always - so pleased with the quality of service. I know I can trust them completely.
