Run, run away from this company. They are liars and do not stand behind their word. We hired them to unload our Penske truck, and one of their movers stacked our two nightstands on top of each other on a dolly, and they immediately fell off the dolly and onto the ground damaging both night symtands. Their mover, supposedly a supervisor, Stuart, took a picture of the damages and promised to send our a repair person to fix them to our satisfaction or buy us new ones. It took me numerous phone calls, and many emails to just get them to correspond with me. Our nightstands were old, but in really good condition, and they only paid us $108.00 for both nightstands, and they cost $600.00 each to replace them. Never, ever use this company. Do yourself a favor and read the Yelp reviews and you will see they have done the same thing to numerous others. I wished I had read the Yelp reviews. I paid them $600.00 to unload the truck and it will now cost me at least $1000.00 to repair or replace them. Dishonest, liars and a bad company to deal with .

Excellent service and exceptional customer support. Our mover, Brian, and his team members were highly efficient, professional, and conscious of the time. I will certainly use their service again.

Omar and Joesph were absolutely AMAZING!!!! They both were quick, kind, funny, friendly, careful, professional, and all around my new go to for moving!!! Love these guys and the furniture taxi!

Excellent experience overall. A little aggressive on the initial sales calls but I'm sure its a highly competitive industry. Once I got it reduced to text and email I felt better. The actual move was seamless. The guys were on time. Pleasant to interact with. Finished up in an hour less than originally quoted which really helped me out on my moving budget.

My original quote from Atlanta Taxi Movers was over $1300. I gave them a deposit of $200. Then I received another quote for $1050, at which time I called back and asked for my deposit refund. Was put on hold for 30 second, then said they will match it. But of course, they had to bad mouth the other company first. Like they are trying to do here. Facts will come out. They Did Not give me anything. I negotiated the price I received. Let them tell it.
Added...Yes when I greeted the truck there were 4 men. I asked the "Leader", am I'm being charge for 4 men? I was Told NO, he was a "trainee". He pointed him out. During the pack up the "trainee" was pick up by the company to go to another site. When we arrived @ the drop off location (60 miles later), the "trainee" was on the truck. NOT sure if you returned to the original location or they picked him up on the way. Once again, they did not give me anything. Let them tell it.

Everything about our move was simple with Furniture Taxi, from scheduling through day of. Straightforward estimate, quick to respond to inquiries, and provide all the documentation. From start to finish had our move booked in under 4 hours. Chris, Ziggy, Kyreen, Xavier, and Eli arrived at the start of the provided window and got straight to work! They were efficient, friendly, and good at what they do. Unload was smooth and these guys went above and beyond to help us out.

Brian and Josh were amazing! The move was from one apartment to another across the parking lot, so no truck but lots of steps. They both understood immediately where things were to go and went to work. They went above and beyond, were cheerful and courteous throughout, and helped in small ways that made the transition for my disabled brother so much easier.
Thank you, Brian and Josh. You are the best advertisement Furniture Taxi could have!
