I'm still waiting for him to send my prescription for Medtronic. I've called numerous times and got no answer. Medtronic has tried contacting him and got nothing back. This is horrible!

Dr Isaacs is untrustworthy. My new doctor is looking into things that Isaacs never did.

Unprofessional and rude doctor! He does not follow through and if you leave a negative review, he wil harass you to remove it.

The male receptionist is AMAZING!!!When you walk in, he greets you by name. He's very thorough when explaining things, like charges. He makes up for the quietness of Dr. Isaacs. The phlebotomist is great too! Dr. Isaacs and his staff makes you want to keep coming back. And I live more than 40 miles away. I've been seeing Dr. Isaacs since 2014.

i was looking forward to my appointment because I was starting medication that could affect your thyroid, i also have nodules and an enlarged thyroid. my appointment with dr. issacs was very uncomfortable. he kept grilling me on the labs that I brought. i brought them so he had an idea of my past labs. i showed him ultrasound results from my thyroid in order for him to have them to compare with a new ultrasound, but he said he didnt understand them. he was surprised that I had been given a prescription for Mounjaro but didnt ask me about how it is going. but the worst part was that when he ordered blood work, he did not order not one thyroid blood test, which is why i was there. I questioned him about it and he had not answer. he was more focused on other random tests results that I had. I cannot access my blood results nor my ultrasound results to take them to another doctor. but he has charged me. has anyone ever gone to a thyroid doctor and not have them take blood test to check your thyroid?? and he didnt care that I was on medicine for prediabetes. he didnt ask me about it. this is his practice. very combative with me. i felt like I had to justify and explain all of my previous lab results with him. I brought them so he would have to compare. horrible experience.

You know some people may say Dr issac is very blunt or whatever but I think he just takes his job seriously and your life seriously..I’ve been dealing with diabetes for a year now and let me tell you a lot of ups and downs and tears lol . Dr Issac helped me get through it though all I had to do was listen to his instructions and things got better.. he’s good at what he does just give him a chance. Also the office staff.. great people. Especially my man up front.. ( forgot his name ) but man keep doing what you’re doing, thanks for always caring and going that extra step others may not.

After my first appointment which began 45 mins late, Dr. Isaacs prescribed a medication that required a prior authorization. When I received the denial of coverage letter, I immediately contacted my insurance. They said that Dr. Isaacs would need to provide three additional clinical data points in order to cover the medication. Since I qualified for coverage based on the clinical data, I was dismayed to learn that Dr. Isaacs refused to resubmit the PA with the requested information. He said, “there’s nothing else I can do at this point.”THERE WAS SOMETHING he could do: he could take 5 mins to provide the clinical data that was requested. His failure to do so was inexplicable. Now, I’m forced to find a new doctor to prescribe the same medication and begin the entire process all over again, likely delaying my treatment for at least a month. So it seems it’s okay for Dr. Isaacs to keep his patients waiting 45 minutes to give a local TV news interview but he won’t take 5 minutes to help his patient get a medication covered? Shameful!UPDATE: wow, my patient portal access was cut off within 5 minutes of posting this review—much faster than the amount of time it took him to respond to my messages. Not surprised given the other one star reviews I read. Apparently, this doctor only values 5 star reviews, and criticism will not be tolerated. I would not recommend this doctor.

My appointment was at 11:45. I was taken back by the nurse right on time and waited a very short time for Dr. Isaac's and was out of the office in 20 minutes. The appointment was short but my issues and questions were thoroughly addressed.

I've been satisfied with the care received from Dr. Issacs. There was a preauthorization issue, that I wished he were able to support. Other than that he has been very helpful and attentive.

Money Hungry. Doctor’s office has found away to charge for no services provided. I scheduled an appt by phone with their Personnel who failed to provide information to clarify what services are and can be provided by the doctor. When I arrived timely, before giving my personal info on paperwork and before seeing the doctor, I inquired again about the services, etc.. I was told that what I came for would not be possible. Based on this information which they could have given to me by phone to prevent me from fighting traffic and driving so far for something they could not do, I told them it was no need to wait to see the doctor for nothing. I was told that I still needed to pay $250.00 for the first appointment or I would be charged a missed appt fee. I have received several text messages and email bills stating I owe a fee. Authorities should check into this practice. Beware of this questionable doctor who is permitting this harassment. No services were rendered and no clarifying information was provided by them at the point of first phone call to schedule appt.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Scott for over a year. He is courteous, ask questions, and allows me to ask questions. I will ask many questions if I need understanding and he answers politely. He may not smile but don’t judge him by that. He has helped me with maintaining my regimen and for that I am thankful for him. Dr. Scott will continue to receive five stars from me because that’s what he gives me as a patient.

Arrived for an appointment. Upon obtaining information from receptionist found that the doctor would not be able to provide the service I needed which was not communicated to me at the time the appt was made over the phone. Explained based on info given prior to seeing doctor it did not make since to pay fees and not be able to get what I needed. They do not have any of my medical information, etc as no documents were given or even loaded into their system. I have been receiving text messages for me to pay a missed appt fee even though I went to the office on the scheduled day and time but only talked with front desk personnel. Is this doctor so hungry for money by letting such a charge even go out instead of his office person explaining things over the phone as to what concerns can be addressed before even scheduling appointments for people. They want money regardless with no consideration to a person's issue, time and expense of a wasted trip do to poor communication on their part.Public beware! Questionable practices!

The front office staff is so pleasant and courtesy. I also feel welcomed whenever I come in. The nursing staff is amazing and patient and the phlebotomist is the most patient phlebotomist I've ever met. I have terrible veins and she is so gentle with me.Dr. Isaacs listens to me when I discuss any issues I've been having or if I have any questions and he seems to care about making sure I feel my best. I would recommend him to friends and family.

Great experience. After many years trying to find a physician that listens to my needs for PCOS and weight management, I think I finally found one with the proper knowledge. I felt heard! It was refreshing that without having to ask he ordered the labs that I have been trying to get other providers to order for me. I am excited for what is to come with my treatment.
