Andi Stein--all the way! If I could give 10 stars, I would. Andi noticed my body language change when I walked into the house I wanted before I could even tell her. Her intuition was spot on. THEN, she spent the next several weeks working on a deal with a difficult seller. I quite literally would have given up the hunt for a home without her. The worst part of the whole process, is now I won't get to chat with her every day! Thank you, Andi! Thank you!

As long distance buyers looking in a hot market, Angi was quick to put us at ease and promising to be our boots on the ground. She was ready to jump on a facetime call any time a house that interested us popped up! Easy to work with, quick to ask more questions to really understand what we valued in our future home. As a first time home buyers, Andi Stein made our experience seamless and easy. We felt very confident in our purchase as she was able to give us detailed advice on things to look out for, questions to ask, and referrals to awesome people for lenders, insurance and inspections. She knows Atlanta backwards and forwards, even the specifics of different zip codes! Most importantly, she was very responsive and reachable, and was able to coordinate all moving parts to get our closing done very quickly as we were on a tight timeline. We used a different realtor last year and our house was on the market for 7 months with only a handful of showings and no genuine offers. We took the house off the market feeling pretty discouraged. I have known Andi since High School and reached out to her for some advice. I didn't consider her because of the distance between us, but she jumped at the chance to be our realtor. Best decision I could have made. Andi made some suggestions on selling the house and we made the necessary changes. Boom... house on the market Friday evening. Two showings on Saturday, under contract Saturday evening. The whole process was simple, painless, and very rewarding! Andi is now working with my son on his first house purchase. Honestly, there is no one that I would rather have selling my house!

Atlanta Communities is the BEST Brokerage in Atlanta. The support they offer the agents in second to none! They are on "our team" There is always new, interesting and helpful classes offered to improve our skills. The marketing support is Amazing. The technology available to us is unbelievable. Top notch training. Just about all of it is free. Top notch brokers. Someone's always available. They are the best. And their fees are pretty much the lowest I've seen. I get calls all the time from other brokerages trying to get me to switch. I've looked into all of them and there just isn't a better brokerage.
